Poorest customer service

We purchased a garden summer house from them and when we had problems with the heater soon after installation, the first response we had was that they would post out replacement filaments. Fast forward several months - no filaments had arrived. We were then told sorry they will be posted that day. Still no filaments. Several more phone calls and months went by with excuse after excuse. Then we were told they had changed suppliers of the heater as they were unreliable so they would send me a new heater. My building was installed in Sep 23 and to date (Oct 25) not only am I still waiting for the replacement heater, when I call (many many times) I get no further than the switchboard. DO NOT go near this company if you expect to receive any level of decent customer service.
