Not having the Danish nationality nor living in Denmark it is not trivial how to make a change in a registration of a property with the Land Registration Court (tinglysningsretten). Julian Jensen (his assistant) helped us with the original transaction and that gave us confidence that also this update would be handled well. Clear instructions on the steps that needed to be taken and timely updates on where we were in the process.
