Steer clear.
Juliet visited my mother, who is bedbound and on end of life care, but was in and out in under half an hour. My mother was unhappy with her hair afterwards and when I told Juliet I would pay but we weren't happy she rang me, verbally abused and swore at me, and told me that my mother "didn't know the time of day" as an excuse. I found this attitude appalling for someone who supposedly specialises in work with the elderly. I cannot recommend her at all.
