Horrible customer service tickets are never answered whatsapp messages never answered didnt deliver my order because apparently the datacenter has blocked them they gave me a date to give me my vps when date arrived no vps was given to me nor my money was refunded and of course no answers.
Edit: im not giving bad review because i got abuses il doing because of the lack of communication the tickets and messages were never answered i never opened and ticket and got an answer they told me i couldnt get the new order until a certain date when that date arrives they still stall and never answer me the only time they answer is when i write a bad review here funny enough, and once they told me to delete the review and they will do what i want.

Mitchell's server were involved in abuses that compromised our service. He was not able to stop this and for this reason we could not process his new VPS orders.
Our refund policy allows him to get refund for his money but looks like he never read the refund policy to provide a payment method of receiving the funds.
