I don’t know who does their marketing, but this year’s Easter campaign is absolutely disgusting. It is rude it is provocative and not suitable for a shop specialises for children toys gifts and clothes.

I live on the island of Samos.My job doesn t allow me to physically go shopping.I bought some Christmas mugs online,altough it were well packaged,half of them were broken.I don t reccomend buying from Jumbo.

If I could rate this a zero I would this shop has the worst products I have ever used in my whole entire life it was so bad 2 years after,I came back thinking is better but no. still the worst products ever! just take down the shop at this point is useless!

WORST IN PERSON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Everything is like buying from alibaba and temu and shein! Also the in person experience is the worst rude stuff and so much more!

Jumbo has some relatively good and not expensive products. For Greek standards, their resources are above average. However, their employees are unprofessional, rude and insincere. They give the customer underhanded comments with sexual connotations, which I find completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I do not want to know their sexual pervasions. Maybe, only, I just want to buy some of their products.

One more company, part of this perverted underground "system". I can imagine, why this situation has extended even towards the customer and is so "loose". Partly because the interaction between employees and management, is "loose" and as a result no set boundaries are evident for the employees.

To the very least, I find the situation towards the customer, completely ridiculous and well below par.

In general, there is very little room, if any, left for normal people to work that do not want to involve in sexual relationships with management.

*UPDATE: 11/1/2025 - VISITED ANOTHER JUMBO STORE NOW IN LAMIA. AGAIN BEEN TARGETED FROM EMPLOYEES, AND MORE, THAT WERE EXPECTING ME - DON'T ASK ME HOW - WITH THEIR PERVERTED AGENDAS. I AM 48 YEARS OLD & GREECE, AS WELL, HAS ALWAYS BEEN, IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, A "BANANA REPUBLIC"! BUT THIS IS BEYOND "EATING" CAPABILITIES! (THIS PHENOMENON IS EVIDENT EVERYWHERE, FROM ORGANIZATIONS TO EVERYDAY PEOPLE. IT IS, TO SAY THE LEAST, DISGUSTING! IT IS, THE WORST OF ALL, CRIMINAL BEHAVIORS! THE RIDICULOUS PART IS THAT EVERYBODY IS ACTUALLY SILENTLY AWARE OF IT, BENEFITTING, AND HAVE ACCEPTED IT AND THUS PART OF IT!

(Evil all seeing eyes (& the network) are, among other things, and for a good reason, completely DISRESPECTFUL - can see the past & future, know exactly when and what you will do & think, including seeing what you do in your house with your partner and children, even in the bathroom;) stealing abilities, talents and even WORK from the one that has done it in order to advance in society and then transferring it, intentionally, to their indecent "buddies" who of course accept the "freely acquired" boost, block target's way, known as THE MATRIX, Teleport, able to transfer ideas in your brain remotely - it is a form of telepathy. Unfortunately, It's also possible & known as "temptations" - YES, the devil. You made the connection, right!

You want to think he, and his "demons", do not exist. Guess what? They do! For centuries! Just look around; the society. Decadence! It mirrors them!

In addition, people of the underworld, are undercover and pretending clueless - DEVIOUS, CUNNING, PROFESSIONAL LIARS/FAKE, they all are - who for some reason at some point comes their turn - become the losers - & are then whining about the injustice! Go figure! "What a breed"!

Evil all seeing eyes and the network; are all people with NO DIGNITY, whatsoever; remotely stealing/cheating in such an extent/way and harming purposely the lives of others & one another, as this is how the underworld operates, in order to be eligible to retrieve the missing parts/the whole package needed to "achieve" what they aim for.

Then pretend they made it, their own! They are on TV, they are everywhere! This happens, on every field! Promoting the indecent, for a good reason.

You think I am overexaggerating! No. This is what they all represent - Decadence (Lack of Ethics +Uncouth, Raw Hypersexuality/Nudity=Everything goes)!

Be reminded, in the background, this is the devil "leading"! People know it, and do not care!

Moreover, since all those WIMPS have surrendered and accepted they could not obviously normally make it on their own, thus they believe they are also incapable/limited.

They have accepted the FACT, and instead of risking investing time and all the effort necessary to achieve, they deviously devalue the target, which "justifies" remotely "pickpocketing" the "victim" & letting "it" harmed & without...!

They do not care about the consequences! It's the easiest for them to do! Pickpocketing all the missing parts, to complete the necessary package required for them to achieve their goal!

Everything then comes natural! Weak & indecent Characters! Atrophic emotionally, morally, mentally, lacking necessary discipline & work ethic.

Some of the short and long term consequences are EVIDENT in SOCIETY; but who REALLY cares, from those INDIVIDUALS!

Below the surface, they all are, indecent & retarded and of course they do not like it when someone realizes it and exposes it in some way, let alone when they being told!

UNACCOUNTABLE, HIDING & CUNNINGLY ALWAYS TRYING to pass the blame to someone else.

It is always the easy way out!);)

I went to buy batteries, in the shop outside chania.
But I had to walk half a marathon since they are in the basement…no shortcuts.
They do have shortcuts in IKEA..

As an Aussie tourist this store is great, my kids loved it. The prices are very cheap and the staff were all excellent, they even read to me the blurb on the packaging to help me, try that in Australia and see how far you get!

While some products are not the best quality, they are still very cheap and represent great value for money!

Absolutely appalling store if you value your money don't ever buy anything here!

Very low quality toys, practically garbage. We bought a microscope for kids, but setting it up we noticed the light was already broken so now it's useless.

Very expensive anymore, there is no more fraudulent than this company.

I've made a visit to Jumbo shop from Romania. Big mistake !!!
First of all, the lady from the entrance told me to let my bag (it's a Samsonite bag) at her, but I explained to her that I have there personal documents and keys and money, so I will enter inside with my bag, like the other people which had no problems or discussions with her. Maybe, like a revenge, at the exit of the shop,2 security agents ask me to open my bag! I asked them why me and not all other people which was there, and I refused to open my bag ,considering this an offense and I asked to came the manager ! The person which told me that was the vice manager of the shop told me that this is a security problem and they can ask me to open my bag ! I asked to came the police, but I realized that was under my dignity to go down to their level and I've open my bag. Was nothing ! With this bag I was from 2015 in all of Greece and Europe and also in Thessaloniki Jumbo shop , without any problems !I l
I've tried to explain to them that they have security measures which can assure a discreet surveillance and is not possible to stop the clients as they want !
I would like to know if this attitude is representative to Jumbo shops from Romania or only for this one ?!
Jumbo security works only like those 2 agents and the manager cover them ? This is the representative personal for Jumbo shops ? ! They can't assume a mistake and say :"I am sorry,it was a mistake!" They said only: "Go from here" !
Very disappointed for this attitude !

Excellent variety of products, very good prices! the online shop could be better, and more simple, but ok
