Good service start to finish. Called to ask about a personalised cheque and the guy on the other end of the phone talked me through everything, even helped with my PayPal which wasn't working. Product showed up well packaged a couple of days later, very pleased, just what we needed.

Ordered a cheque before Christmas that never arrived. Chased in the new year and they said it was still in 'design phase' but have not been able to get in contact since. Having to give up on getting a refund but want to make sure no one orders from them again!

Great company! I needed a personalised cheque on a very short notice, Peter was super helpful and got it delivered on time for a presentation. Would definitely recommend!

Ok let’s set something clear, this is not a scam company. I have my order with me and it’s exactly what I needed. The reason for only 3 stars is the delivery time and communication. Like everyone has said, order placed and money taken straight away. Email received providing order details but no delivery information. Gave it a week, no item so called the number on the website and spoke to a guy who apologised, said for some reason it hadn’t been shipped but would go to the factory and ensure it was dispatched that evening. Gave it another 5 days (over weekend) but nothing so called back. Same guy and I was told it was dispatched and he would email tracking number over. This time waited about 3 hours, no email so I called back and spoke to same guy. This time he gave me the tracking number over the phone. When I checked, it was only sent about an hour before the last call so nothing had happened throughout. Item then delivered 2 days later and like I said, exactly as described.

Ordered a large cheque for my charity on 29th December 2022 and immediately money taken (£81.99) Received an email saying 'We have received your order as soon as possible; Then nothing. Have emailed numerous times but no reply. Did a bit of digging and seem to be part of PNW Media which ironically is a company with one director who is Deputy Leader of Rochdale Conservative Party!! Rang him and left a message - no response. About to start legal proceedings to try and get our money back but not holding my breath. Saying that, it could could get rather embarrassing for Rochdale Conservative Party I suppose!!

i didn't read the reviews before placing my order because i had successfully used this company before, what a mistake to make. i placed my order for a wipe clean jumbo cheque on feb 7th, money was taken, email to confirm and delivery expected. heard nothing so emailed them, no response, emailed again a bit stronger, still no response. phoned them from website number and no answer. so i went back to PayPal, whom i paid thru and low and behold a mobile number for the account holder, rang that, and he was sitting in McDonald's eating his breakfast, nice enough chat, found my order details on his laptop, sent over a proof to me and said would be delivered in next couple of days, i then went on holiday and expected it to have been delivered by time we got back. march 28th still no show so i called again, nice man said they would ring me back. they didn't so i called again and he said my cheque was in his hand and would be sent out that day. it arrived 4 days later. it is great, but i will not use them again because reading other reviews most seem to be having this problem, such a shame cause their work is good, their customer service is awful though.

Placed an order and made payment via website. The order has not been received, no response to numerous messages via website. No contact telephone number. Do not recommend!

No contact from company, website unavailable today, no proof or product received. Contacting my bank now.

Has to be a scam, money taken and i've heard nothing at all. No proof sent and no product received. No response to emails to them or their parent company. Avoid them at all costs.

Jumbo Cheques responded to my request within a few minutes and Karen was very helpful. The quality of work was fantastic and attention to detail was second to none. I purchased an NHS templated cheque as well as a personalised cheque for my business. Nothing was too much trouble and Karen posted my cheques Special Delivery - Guaranteed next day. I have been scammed too. Needed 2 cheques for a photo op in local newspaper a few weeks back. Never received the cheques and opportunity lost. Send several email and no response to date. Please don’t use this company they are fraudsters.

Order made more than 2 weeks ago, monies taken from my account immediately nothing received and no response to email would definitely not recommend

Very good service, bought a custom designed whiteboard cheque with our logos and colours. No phone number to call but excellent customer service via email.

The company appeared to be legit, processed payment, sent a proof of the artwork and emailed to say it had been delivered. However, delivery never showed up. Didn't get any response from multiple emails to two of their email addresses, nor the email address listed under their parent company PNW Media. I also phoned PNW Media but the call was never answered. Both companies appear to be a scam.

Lesson learnt is always to ensure there is a telephone number for support.
Placed an order and had to email them because the artwork I needed to upload was 12kb and apparently too big for their website to handle. Advised them that I had a deadline 5 business days in the future because I needed the cheques for a presentation over Easter.

3 days and nothing. Sent them some updated artwork, nothing. Sent them a further two chasers = Nothing, no contact.

Today, sent a request for refund to Paypal. If the company is not a scam then it's just incompetent. Avoid. (Nb: Director has two dissolved companies and does not appear to be on LinkedIn so not a good sign)
