Jumia Egypt customer service Worst of all

Jumia Egypt customer service is the worst of all online shops, they put a phone number on their website which is never answered to after 7 or more tries during two days, I went to the "Live Help" and discovered it's a Robot answering service, so I selected the "Chat with an agent" several times, and every time it says "No agents are available, type your questions and we will reply in 2 days", so I did, and I amstill waiting for their call !!. I will never buy from them again even if they were the only online shopping service on Earth.

I am already regretting my long time…

I am already regretting my long time patronage with Jumia. I ordered a fridge which was delivered and it didnt work. i called for a return and it was picked up. i got a mail after about a week or more that my return was declined and both good and money will be kept by Jumia. This is so annoying because i never knew that was jumia policy. Okay i have not been around to even attempt visiting jumia office, i went online last week to discover that the fridge was tagged delivered and i’m like where is it delivered to. All jumia customer lines are no longer working except the one you can use to place orders and those people will not assist. No email is working except you fill the online form and i have filled it 3 times now without any response.No one is talking to me. This act of Jumia will not take this comapny far o because customers are the bedrock of any company.
Please how can i get help on this issue.

I ordered on jumia global since…

I ordered on jumia global since November 2020 and its January 2021 and I still have not received my package. Infact jumia don’t have a direct phone line to contact. U only write to them which they respond after three days. I tracked my order which showed that my item has arrived the destination country but all effort has proven difficult because i still dont know why my package has not been delivered yet.

Very poor service. No direct contact number to complain. When u write to them, it takes three days or more for them to respond. Am never using Jumia again! I just want my paid for package to be delivered.

Unprofessional and Unlawful act of tribal discrimination

Jumia, majority Yoroba staffs in Ikeja Awolowo station hub Lagos is getting involved in Nigerian tribal hatred and discrimination targeting the Igbo companies / investments in Lagos by blackmailing Jumia Sellers owned by Igbo man. I strongly suggest that Nigerian government should investigate Jumia for this unlawful act that is targeting businesses due to the tribal origin of company owners / sellers on the Jumia online platform discrediting and destroying business opportunities and brand name.

Firstly I had ordered a foundation…

Firstly I had ordered a foundation online and the payment was not going through because there system was down so I decided to make a call. I called them to place an order and they weren't able to confirm the order number so we canceled the order. Then I decided to try my luck and order online and finally after trying so hard it went through. Then I get two delivery agents coming on the same day stating that I haven't paid for the goods and I did pay I even showed the guy my mpesa and online payment. I canceled the order and asked for a refund and I received it. Please improve your services this is the first time I have been disappointed. If you want proof I can send it to you. I have the picture
