Appreciate the quick delivery with minimal charges. However, some sellers could improve by reconsidering their pricing strategies. Please address this concern.

Look the sellers under jumia re Soo good at tripling a product price from the regular price

I mean this isn't fair a simple product cost 3× it normal price on jumia plus delivery fee . Why

I have not purchased from jumia,so I can't tell about the quality of their service

Inflated prices, terrible customer care service, rude and sometimes drunk dispatch riders, and oh, don't even think of a refund.

This people are bad people
They ask for a ticket number of your refund after some rubbish checking they give you a new tag number and tell you another 48 hours
It has been on and on for day
They just act has if nothing happened and keep giving 48 hours

I noticed they suddenly changed all the delivery drivers. Some of these delivery drivers had been with them for years. My guess is they tried to short change them and replaced them with cheap companies and drivers that they pay peanuts.

One of the cheap delivery companies they used scammed me of some money and refused to return the money back to me. Jumia customer service pretended not to understand when I contacted them, sending them proof and explaining the issue to them over the phone and email multiple times. They simply requested the same “proof” over and over. Their quality and service has gone done significantly and it is clear they are now after any bit of money they can scrounge from customers. Their sales are down by 28% so they are getting desperate.This means that they will scam you sooner or later. Avoid and buy from sellers where you can see the item and pay in cash. Once they have your money, they refuse to give it back.

Not impressed with delivery time, my items got delivered 2 days later that the delivery date.
And even one of the items did not look much like what was displayed on Sale, thats not the issue though.
The main issue was the fact that the customer care did not even reply my texts or reach out about the late delivery.

Their delivery is fast, but most of the items displayed does not match the standard as displayed upon delivery. Also items are very expensive.

Most times one ends up not getting same quality as what he or she orders. My girlfriend bought a capwig and got something entirely different
