Use DHL, DPD, UPS or any other shipping company DIRECTLY and DON'T use Jumingo
We would rate Jumingo with no star at all, but unfortunately that is not optional and all companies are putting only 5 star reviews on top, so we hope this review will save time, nerves and money for someone else by choosing shipping company directly instead to use Jumingo.
We decided to send our stuff with Jumingo after reading reviews about company, but we made mistake and we read only good and positive reviews that are on top instead to read as well 1 star comments, as it turs out to be most reliable ones, and it make us think that Jumingo is one of hundreds of companies that are buying reviews.
I am strongly advising everyone to go direct to DHL, DPD, UPS or any other delivery company cause after running to some problems, Jumingo will just advise you to contact company that is doing delivery and when you do that, than delivery company will advise you to contact Jumingo cause they didn't receive payment from you but from Jumingo, and thats how you end up between them while they are just throwing case back and forth.
Jumingo is middle man company that has very bad customer service, 2-4 days delivery time was changed to 14 days after paying for the shipment, not clear information regarding international shipments, offers insurance and than they will do everything just not to claim it and payout...
In order to claim insurance they are asking for proof of purchase (in our case it was Thai porcelain collection that was in family for 100 years) and very detailed photos of boxes from outside and inside, how was it all packed and I am pretty sure that they would ask for better quality photos after, just not to claim insurance and payout.
We spend weeks making phone calls and sending emails to DHL Express and Jumingo regarding our shipment and it would be much easier if they dont throw case back to other company that lives you stuck in between, but instead talk to each other and come up with solutions for customers.

Truly express service but bad customer support
Genuinely express delivery but poor customer service. Happy with their service except for customer support.
After my initial order, I was unable to reach them to consult about the exact logistics. Moreover, the extra weight price calculation does not align with the original order.

Reliable, Fast and Cheaper
I had document to send urgently from Germany to India. Selecting the courier and Generating the Label for delivery was quite simple. The document reached in 3 days with very good tracking status details.
Earlier Information about custom clearance related preparation would be helpful. In urgency we don't get time to understand this procedure at the last moment.
