They are a scam

They are a scam. They created a scam posting of a live funeral service of a very close friend of mine which was false They used his name and facebook profile without permission from the family to do this as well. They con'd people to believe it and had people sign up using their credit card to sign up for a subscription and the family stated they had no permission to do so. I hope a lawsuit is to follow against this company

BEWARE!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This company is a total SCAM!!!!!!
This company offered me a Subcontractor Job over two years ago. I flew to another state for 5 days, three days of production meetings, 3 days of location scoutings and two overtime 12 hour days of Professional Event Photography Coverage. The client had me upload images night of... Jumper Media was given my payment and never gave it to me. Two and half years later I was not paid for the work done. The owner of this company Jumper Media kept my payment, and never paid me. Two years later in July 2024, the owner of Jumper Media offered to send me $1,000.00 via Venmo, to DELETE my BAD YELP REVIEW. I took the $980.11 that Jumper Media sent me via Venmo. Then, four days later the OWNER OF JUMPER MEDIA, yanked that money back, and Venmo took the $980.11 out of my bank account! He had purchased insurance on my payment of $1,000.00 to delete the bad yelp review because I was never paid for a job 2.5 years later! SO HE said he didn't like my services and got $1,000.00 back on his Amex and then $1,000.00 back via Venmo. Venmo took the $980.00 out of my bank account four days later!!! And now leaving my with a $1,000.00 debt that I owe to Venmo. All due to this JUMPER MEDIA!!!!! Bec the owner of this company got insurance on his venmo transaction with me. I edited my review and he still kept the $1,000.00. So not only was I out $2,800.00 for the job Client flew me out to do, and I delivered my images to night of. But now I am out another $1,000.00 due to this Jumper Media VENMO DEBT!!!!!! Leaving me with $3,800.00 out of pocket. I would never ever recommend working with this company!!! Luckily one month ago, I was able to get a hold of the CLIENT and they finally paid me my original price from the job and my Professional Photography Services from 2.5 years ago. The CLIENT said JUMPER MEDIA paid me. But it was a lie!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE
© Infringement case!!!! THEY ( JUMPER MEDIA ) LIED!!! The client was using my images online for 2.5 years with out paying me for any photo usage. As I was not paid!!! Thank god the client [aid me directly for the original invoice. But NOW I AM in DEBT TO VENMO Due to this company JUMPER MEDIA for $1,000.00 and will never use Venmo again. BE WARE!!!!! I may take this to CIVIL COURT now!!!!!
In the Future if you want to have a good business relationship with others, you need to resolve this VENMO matter with me!!!!!!! Feel free to text me when you pay back the now incured Venmo debt!

It's how I've built most relationships and business around me...Gina, I truly feel for you and hope you can overcome whatever is holding you back from your dreams and aspirations, as I'd hope for anyone. It was probably 25 years ago that our parents unknowingly happened to be reading the same book on Laguna Beach during vacation... at the same time, you and your younger sister happened to see me throwing a football into the ocean by myself and offered to play catch with me... we all walked back to our parents after a bit to discover more than just a football brought all of us together, and our families grew to be great friends over the past 25 years. Hell, you even took my senior portraits in high school for gods sake (Making me a bit bias when I say you're truly an amazing photographer). Four years ago, your Mom asked my mom if I could help you get some work, as the photography industry was a bit rough for gigs at the time.... so I happily obliged and introduced you to a client of mine directly. First gig went great, I believe you made $2500, awesome. Second gig offered to you from the same client, you dropped the football on (you know, the same one that brought us together), got sent home day 1 out of 5 (First time I've ever seen this on any team Ive participated on for an outside event I helped with). But, no harm no foul...until you decided to blame your entire forthcomings, or lack there of, on me and anyone else for the past 4 years.... over what, $1,000? That's when I realized you had no desire to help yourself any longer... you were digging everything deeper. The client paid you your full requested amount, for work you didn't even do, and you still keep leaving these reviews over and over again, attempting to damage reputations for leverage to get more money you don't deserve. I was 110% there to help you, as a friend, as someone you inspired back in the day with your creative view on life, as someone in your corner. Yet you quickly taught me that once someone shows you they are unwilling to help themselves up at all, helping them any further just turns into them bringing you down... which is what this review and the countless other ones you wasted so much time on exemplifies.

27% client increase thanks to Jumper

We've been struggling with some of our stores to rank properly on Google Maps... tried 2 agencies before finding out about Jumper through a friend. We were quite hesitant engaging with another service, but I'm glad we didn't let ourselves influence too much from past bad experiences.
We've had our first results with Jumper after 2 weeks, and after 4, 5 weeks we had a significant increase people coming our way. Jumper knows what they're doing!

The service really does work!

The service really does work! I did the Queen Bee subscription. Customer service is incredible! I ended up cancelling but not their fault at all! It was only because I don’t want to grow my social media right now. Investing in its growth- I felt like I had to be on it and I don’t like doing reels lol! My account grew 2K in a few months even without me being consistent. I’m switching back to podcasts or I would not cancel the subscription. With that said one of the nightmares to many of these IG growth companies is not being able to cancel. I’ve experienced so many scams! That’s why I share this part. When I go back to wanting to grow my social I will not look around for anyone else, I will sign back up for that package. It is really hard to find someone you can trust in this field. You can trust Colton and his team in Jumper media!

Before working with Jumper Media I…

Before working with Jumper Media I rarely had time to grow my Instagram following, and whatever I did seems to not give me any results. But after working with Peter and his team, I started getting more traction, likes, comments, and followers right away. I also saved a lot of time and was basically hands-off. In a couple of months we added over 1000 followers.

my Instagram disabled…

I have now had my Instagram disabled and deleted and can’t recover my account due to using jumper media. I got a few short bans from using Instagram but their customer service team assured me there was nothing to worry about and then I got banned. I feel deceived as they assured me that all the issues I was having were ‘normal’. If you want to use this company then stop if you run into issues. I laughed when they told me that once I regained access to my account (it’s not happened because it’s not easy to get back into Instagram once it’s been deleted) that I should go back to using their services!

Not sure why this company has a 4.7

Not sure why this company has a 4.7. I'm 99% sure they wrote fake reviews. They're absolutely horrible and we started noticing red flags when they're team members were leaving the company without a heads up. The founders ignored us for months even though they read our emails. When they finally responded, they didn't refund our money but only tried to upsell. Really unethical team.
