The Jumpslide is the perfect addition to our Jumpflex tramp, which is already much loved by our family. It has solved the problem of the toddler getting stuck on the tramp and has given him a new source of fun. Ordering was easy and delivery was super fast. Aligning the screws during assembly was challenging but we managed it with my husband's help. Thanks Jumpflex for another great product.

This is our second purchase with Jumpflex. Our first trampoline was a wonderful part of our family for many years as our girls grew up and moved out of home. Over that time Jumplflex were able to provide spare parts and useful advice to keep the trampoline going in Wellington's harsh, south-coast environment (the trampoline came through unscathed when our neighbours roof came off in a particularly bad southerly). Now that we need a replacement for our younger son, it was an easy decision to go straight back to Jumpflex. Their customer service is unparalleled.

Excellent service. I spoke to a customer service representative to arrange a quote - it was emailed to me less than a minute after I got off the phone call. Ordered the trampoline at about lunchtime on a Tuesday and got a call from Mainfreight at about 10am the following morning that they were at my house with it! I found the assembly instructions excellent and I manage to mainly put the whole 15ft tramp together by myself - only needed about 5 minutes assistance from my 10 year old.

The service I experiences was just out of this world - simply brilliant and how I would expect it from so many others in the market, who don't achieve what JumpFlex do. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating people - a double thumb up from a very happy customer - well done, team!!!

Our big family(with three chidren) bought the trampoling six year ago, very good quality, never damaged.A month ago we moved house and my husband rebuild the trampoling in our backyard,accidently broken the pole by himself.I called the customer service and quickly ordered a new accessory for fix the broken pole,and also get a free top pole.Thanks very much for your gourous service.

Great service, I purchased a new net online and it arrived within 2 days and I live rural.Very good price aswell.

Picked up tramp from warehouse. Delt with a nice young girl and also a few chats with one of the directors who was super helpful. Set up tramp last weekend and the kids havent stoped jumping.
