lack of customer service response

I purchased a backpack, it arrived on time, it was larger than I was expecting and would like to return it for an exchange on another item. It is still in the original unopened packaging. I first e-mailed the ecommerce@jumpfrompaper address and received no reply. I then chatted their AI assistant which gave me customerservice@jumpfrompaper which is a nonexistent address which bounced. I then found online customservice@jumpfrompaper and while that email did not bounce, I also have not seen any response. Their website suggests that they will not accept returns except where damaged or the wrong item was shipped, but online I've seen reports of successful returns. The package the item arrived in did not have any paperwork for handling returns. Again, I just want an exchange, and someone to acknowledge me.

Avoided the scammers :)

After reading the negative reviews, I was leery. But the responses from the company made it clear that scammers were responsible, not the company itself.

I purchased the large mystery box, and I received a 2D purse. I love it! It arrived quickly. The quality is wonderful.

Issue satisfactorily resolved.

I saw an ad on Facebook, checked it out and purchased a bag. Unfortunately I had been scammed and found out that others had had a similar experience. I tracked down the genuine company and communicated with customer services. The issue was eventually resolved and my bank was able to refund my money.

This is not our official website or an affiliate and our brand suffered a reputational loss just as you had a financial one. We only sell at https://jumpfrompaper.com and with a few trusted retailers in the US.
We are truly sorry for your unfortunate experience and, being a victim of this misfortune as well, we will do our best to raise the awareness among our followers about the potential risks of buying our merchandise elsewhere but our online store. Total scam

Total scam, avoid at all costs. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing a bag from these thieves who took my money and sent nothing, despite me reaching out to them on Instagram, Facebook and by email to the various email addresses they advised me to write to. My order was placed on 2 December.

I've just been reading through these Trustpilot reviews and one reply from the Jumpfrompaper people says you should only purchase from their actual website and gives that address. This IS the actual website I purchased from! They also say they are unable to process payments from the UK. Really? Then how come I have a payment listed on my credit card for 2 December for the exact amount payable to you?

It's a shame cos their bags look amazing! Then again, they would do, so that fools like me give them my money!

I would not even give them 1 star

I would not even give them 1 star. This company is a total scam. Do not order. I have not received an order, I have sent them my order confirmation email, no reply no communication other than automated messages. They say they ship within 7 days! It has been over 7 weeks!! They have taken my money and now deny my order and are stating they only ship to US which is not what the original order stated. Disgusted.
The company has contacted me to say that my order must have been placed with a scam store but I was not aware if this at the time of ordering and had no way of knowing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bag as a Christmas gift. Had notice it was on its way. After two weeks I contacted the company but had no reply. The money had been taken from my account (mid November) and I’m still waiting to hear from them. I wish I’d looked for reviews before placing the order. Lesson learned!

Ordered a bag in October

Ordered a bag in October, it's never arrived, the website appears to have gone and they don't reply to messages, either by email or on social media. Scam company. Have had to make a claim to get the money back through my bank.
