Hi, there was a massive queue upon arrival, 3 on the tills but only one booking people in, the other two looked busy but certainly weren't helping the main girl who was a bit overwhelmed. Ou... See more

Total and utter chaos no organisation…
Total and utter chaos no organisation whatsoever, no one knew what was happening, no plan no organiser to let you know what party room you should be in , waivers which needed signing again without explanation when this had already been confirmed

Parking was terrible due to the number of people who were visiting but the actual place was fun for the kids and staff were friendly and helpful.
In particular those at reception, and Jess, Ben and Luke who all helped with my daughters birthday party - she enjoyed it and so did her friends.
Thanks guys.
From arrival it was a nightmare
From arrival it was a nightmare, no parking available and loads of signs threatening clamping if you parked anywhere else but nobother option available. I waited in the car for 15minutes while my wife and children went in. When a space finally became available it was so tight I had to be so careful not to damage the adjacent cars. Not really suitable size spaces for a place geared up for people with kids.
Meanwhile, as all this was going on, my wife was inside struggling with to sign the waiver, the system would not recognise our address, she was then told to put UK first as they are using and america system, gone are the days of simplicity.
I waited in the viewing/cafe area, which was freezing and pretty unpleasant and a remortgage was needed for a coffee. Tables were dirty too and it had only been open a hour. I have been here quite a few times over the years but this was by far the worst experience I have had.
Jess, Olivia and Ellie-May. Hosts extraordinaire
I booked a party for 12 children.
We were looked after by Ellie-May, Jess and Olivia, who were helpful, extremely courteous and absolutely fun.
I couldn’t have asked for better hosts.
Facilities were clean, coffee is good too
