This whole site is massive CON. I have £500 in winnings and they will not verify my account. I have provided everything they have asked for in all formats and all they reply with! Is that they can’t verify them but refuse to tell me why. I’ve asked over ten times why they’re being refused and I get the same message over and over just asking for them again. I’ve currently escalated my complaint to with Resolver and even on a monitored platform. There response is the same. I’m planning to get this site shut down.

I'm in the middle of trying to get my money from these people. It's been almost 2 weeks and all they have done is ask for and more proof which I have provided everytime right down to selfie with passport. Now there just ignoring me it's only for 107£ imagine if I won a million.

After taking 6 photos of my buss pass ....to blurry..glare..not in frame ect says document not recognized so took 9 photos of my driving license has been processing for the last 20 mins... my phone goes into standby and have to log in again......Just given up after 45inms of pending...What a joke..

I also have a withdrawal pending but they won’t release it as they can’t verify 17 different bank statements sent inn pdf and every other format they require.. i am currently in the process of finding out who their employees are via my friends in Guernsey.. once i find out all of them i will be contacting Guernsey police then the small claims court.

LISTEN to what innocent people are saying!!!! I don’t think I need to say anymore you are a bunch of CON ARTISTS !! Take money easily but a problem getting it back. No one to contact, I hope you get shut down it’s my mission in life to do just that. Contacted Rip of Britain now going through the gambling commission as you shouldn’t exist! Con merchants. Innocent vulnerable people playing most of the time and you take advantage.

Other reviews have told me that you are taking advantage by being wined and dined by your employer why the reality is people can’t afford a roof over their heads. Yes one would say don’t gamble but sometimes it takes the stress out of life, but the next thing you know is that you have won this huge amount which you can’t claim because of ID.

Please don’t to this to people as it’s not fair and not right !!!!

Utter con merchants. Play at their casino and then, when you want to withdraw your winnings, they make it ridiculously impossible to do so. They don't even let you withdraw a specific amount, and when you select the 50/100/200/etc amount, they ask for, AND THIS IS THE RIDICULOUS BIT, more than EIGHT pieces of PROOF of ID - from utility bills, to DRIVING LICENCE/PASSPORT and then they ask for COPIES of SCREENSHOTS OF cards used on PAYPAL - and they won't ACCEPT ANY SHOTS YOU SEND THEM REPEATEDLY - UNLESS YOU SEND THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY NEED WHICH THEY NEVER ASK FOR! ANY JUMPMAN SITE IS A CON.

The below reviews are accurate. I was verified and then as soon as I won and wanted to withdraw they say I need to be reverified. So the money stays in my available balance and I can't withdraw. They want you to play it all and not pay you. And I emailed with proof I was already verified and asked for an explanation and I resolution and was ignored!! Logged a complaint

Just been back on Elf slots for the first time in ages Played £30 and won £170 which i withdrew asked me yet again for proof of address so sent a bank statement then gets an email saying they have blocked my account. They are trying to justify it by saying i have a gambling problem lol. The problem is i don't spend all my winnings i take them out and they don't want to pay you what you have won fair and square. I will be getting in touch with the relevant authorities to get what I am owed and glad they have blocked me from there sites as they are a bunch of con artists who need shutting down avoid at all costs people.

They happily accept deposits without requesting ID/verification check. As soon as you want to withdraw, they suddenly 'need' to re-verify you, and they ask for all sorts of documents/ID/payment card proof etc.
This is against the regulations (they are meant to verify you at the earliest opportunity, and it should not impede the withdrawal process).
Based on reading the many review on trust pilot for jumpman gaming, I decided to log a complaint through Resolver straight away. Doing this, I was able to get withdrawal reasonably quickly. However, I had to do it in two withdrawals (another violation of the regulations), which cost me twice the withdrawal fee (2X£2.50), why they even charge a fee is beyond me.

DO NOT EVER SIGN UP TO CASINOS OWNED BY JUMPMAN GAMING. They are clearly using tactics to try to delay your withdrawal in the hope that you gamble it all away.

Gambling commission clearly isn't interested in penalising companies like this since based on all the reviews, this has been going on for a long time and they are still operating like a scam.

I think ebay is a joke aswell I've got a company keep taking money out this account without my consent at least 5/6 times in 2 weeks and ebay womt help me get it back,i seear you guys arethe worst,i cant afford for this company keep taking money from me and abay have said they wont help me,I'm so angry

I joined Britain play run by JUMPMAN GAMING on the 24th of April , I deposited with my mobile phone and won some money , I tried to withdraw and was met with a message saying to verify my account , which is obviously standard procedure, I tried to upload driving license 100 times and it said ‘unable to classify identification type ‘ all other identification got accepted after numerous attempts and different formats , I got bored waiting so gambled some more and won over £1900 , finally my license got verified …. So I tried to withdraw again , this time got met with to deposit to my card I needed to make a deposit with it again fair enough I thought as I had made deposit with my mobile , so I deposited £10 and then tried to withdraw, it then said ACCOUNT LOCKED contact support ?!?! Absolutely unbelievable! I’ve researched this company and have found literally HUNDREDS of people that have gone through this but unfortunately for the company I have connections with people that will now investigate this . Relevant authorities have been informed and apparently an investigation is underway . If I get anywhere with this company as in receiving my winnings I will update my review . It’s already nearly two weeks so I don’t hold out much hope . It’s illegal for them to verify and then withhold winnings as investigations should be complete before you make first deposit . Please everyone that they have done this too needs to get together as this is not professional at all.

won 500 3 weeks ago sent all my id as requested, now they froze my account, i played £300 of it before it froze the account and cant play any more it wont let me......cant withdraw. They said I had spent too much money !!!!!!!! said reply to email sent by cust services, no emails received. ive emailed them every day for 3 weeks, they just dont reply update- after 4 and a half weeks weeks and waiting for customer service to contact me, they closed my account and sent me the funds in my balance by bacs xfer which took another week.... so 5 weeks to get the £200

Deposited, £400 won £708. Got my withdrawal fine. Good communication from them regarding verification of my account.

The only things I would say could be an improvement are:
They need a live chat function
The Passport Verification software was a bit painful but I emailed them a copy.
Also you cannot withdraw unless you are verified leaving your balance available. So i would suggest verifying first.
I dont feel the below reviews represent this company. My experience was positive.

Awful. They will find any excuse so you can't withdraw. Quick to take your money. I have several times had to verify my details and then to get struck with a frozen account. Over the last week I have emailed everyday but with no response yet on fb they are having in office massages nice to know where our winnings are going. Avoid at all costs!

Will not let you withdraw . When it finally does let you withdraw after complaint it then takes 3 days to get money and while you wait for your money it will not let you withdraw again . Says get In touch . Which is via email yet another 2 days .
Your lucky if you get your money within a week

Sadly I joined and won 80.00 but they will not pay out until you verify your details, again they still do not pay out in spite of all that is asked for..... 80 is still sitting there and only did a 10.00 deposit via Paypal.. (remember to cancel future payments with paypal or they will take 10.00 every month) they are scammers so avoid this site, mine started with Amazon games and I still get messages to carry on with the games and have blocked them all, as it was only 10.00 deposit the other amount of winning 70 they can keep as they are sad enough to want it.... AVOID THIS SITE AND DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY THING.. ANY FUTURE PAYMENTS IE BANK CARDS< PAYPAL, CANCEL ALL PAYMENTS..
