Awful disability discrimination

Awful disability discrimination. over 30 minute drive for a friends birthday party to be told my son can’t jump unless he wears their socks. he has a fully Healed skin graft and cannot wear lots of things due to sensory issues. he was told in front of all his friends no socks then can’t jump so we went home. it isn’t like he wasn’t wearing socks and he also goes trampolining lessons (where it’s normal socks) so knows how to stop safely etc. can’t see how it’s due to health and saftey as years ago when my other children were small jump street offered their socks just as a optional extra. Manager didn’t even have the decency to talk to me herself.

(Colchester jump) Having been told over…

(Colchester jump) Having been told over the phone there is space and I can arrive and pay, then arriving at 9am for the women behind the desk to be blunt and rude saying “its full” and not even look at me in my face with no explanation or apology! They need to work on their customer service and get actual people working in there that understand how to deal with people! Do not recommend!

Money making pit

No where to park scaffolding in the car park plus large recycle unit this is the back of the unit . At the font you have room for about 16 cars .
At the side around 8 .
Then you go in and all but 6 lockers actually work. One person trying to get items out of the locker but won’t work.
Total rip off ! Young staff with little knowledge on what to do about the situation .
£37 for hour and a half plus payment for socks on top . Register your car in the car park or get fined .
Everyone parking at other units .
Who ever owns this needs a re think I know it’s a money maker for that person but any respect for the moaning public you need to re think and move to a better place .

Customer service non existent

Rang up to try and locate a lost item but was told that there is no direct number for the chelmsford branch meaning that I'd have to walk up there (i dont drive) with my autistic 4 year old to potentionally be told that its not there which would then cause him to have a meltdown and get very stressed as to him it would be like reliving the event of losing it
I struggle to believe that chelmsford dont have a contact number.

This review is based on the Chelmsford…

This review is based on the Chelmsford branch. Usually it’s great here but they have massively over sold it with Marshall’s Ill-equipped to manage to various ages who are jumping. There are lots of younger 4-6 year old parties who understandably are running across trampolines in a really dangerous way and not stepping in to ensure no one gets hurt

Really disappointing

Paid for the jump and climb combo and…

Paid for the jump and climb combo and paid £88 for my 3 kids and me to jump for one hour. Asked for the upgrade on the climbing so they could go on the drop slide. They said I hadn’t paid for that. After paying £88 they wouldn’t even honour it even thou they said I wouldn’t of been able to do it online anyway so I thought I paid for it but online upgraded to the stairway to heaven which they didn’t even want to do abs that cost £7.50 on top. It’s a rip off and management not even willing to help. Definitely will not be getting my futon again. The fact it didn’t even give u an option to upgrade to that: then started using lies by saying can only let so many upgrade cos of Covid. Doesn’t matter if they upgrade or not they are in the climbing anyway. Only 1 band in here that’s actually booked for the slide drop. Only reason I travelled here today is so 2 of the kids could go on there. The website isn’t clear and it’s misleading.
