This company is a scam do not even consider using them. I own a security company and unfortunately, I made a horrible decision to use this company. They knowingly overcharged me without permission $2500.00 and they also took my domain name hostage I won a court judgment against them and as of today they have refused to send me the payment, and this was even after speaking with a member of their legal department. This company is 100% fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This company is scam and fraud...I paid them $6000.00 in advance to do SEO and Media posting for my website...They did nothing for 4 months...I asked another SEO company to do an audit to my website and they found too many mistakes and technical issues to be fixed.My website was not showing on Google..My listing information were wrong..I disputed my payment to Jumpto1 and I provided my credit card bank with all communications and audit reports.I recoverd all my payment back .Jumpto1 tried to take over my business name many times and I was able to prevent that,They messed up my listing after that and I hired another honest SEO company to clean their mess...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUMPTO1..Mike Perez is a fake name...They are in Pakistan and not USA...DO NOT TRUST THEM.....

I got scammed by these people back in 2021. I cannot believe that they are still at it. FYI, they are not in Penselvenia. They are in India or Pakistan. They steal peoples money for a living. No seo will be done. Please, call your banks and file charge backs

Don't trust this company. They essentially stole our money, lied to us about the work they were doing and gave us a story about how the owners were fighting and the dot com site was going to be different from the dot US site. Some attorney needs to put together a class action suit. I'd gladly join.

JumpTo1 is not based in the USA, they have listed a fake address. They are actually operating from Pakistan, misleading people and engaging in unethical practices. They damage well-established websites, and even their salespersons are dishonest, they lie and deceive clients.

Frauds. Criminals. They stole $13,000 from me and did not do any work. Omar Perez should be locked up in jail. If you do business with them, you deserve to lose your money. This is why their website no longer exists. Took the money and ran.

id give zero if i could... they took my money barely did anything for 6 months.. i got no new clients from anything they were doing.. when i said im done with them, they stop answering me when i asked for all my website info they changed... now my website is locked, says its an unknown server and gets redirected to barterup4biz.com
this is such a scam!!!! they do absolutely nothing but take from you.

This company performed very poorly. They offered a discount on a one year subscription for SEO services.

They provided 2 month's service and then let us know in November 2024 that they went bankrupt and disapeared with our money and my business efforts for 2024!

I am truly disheartened by the trap they lured me into.

Pretending to be a legitimate company to gain my trust only to "dump" me shortly thereafter.

I am truly sorry that we invested our time, money and dreams with these people, since they are scammers and thieves.

Please let me know if anyone reported them to the Pennsylvania General with success.

I made a payment in the end of November 2024 and have not heard from them since. I just tried calling them and was put off by the person I spoke to. Seems like all businesses that are doing business with Jumto1 will be affected by this.

I have been ghosted by this company after paying them $4000 dollars. My project manager told me he caught covid so I gave him a few weeks to recover, that was in November it is now January and I’ve called four times once a week, each time I’m told the same thing “we will get you a new project manager and they will contact you by the end of day”, the fourth time I was told that there system is being updated. I don’t know what is going on I just want my website finished and the work to be done. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The worst. Please don't give these liars your money. After two years and $15,000, I'm still on page 16 of Google which is worse than before I hired them. I had a thriving business and they literally destroyed it by letting my website go down for weeks at a time. My website they built does bot function. They misspelled simple words and are not native English speakers. For 3 months I've been tring to reach even a secretary or contact my project manager who apparently quit working there. Their website is down and often their phones are not operational. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit. We all should. Look at the number of 1 star reviews and how many people they ripped off.

Jumpto1 has dissolved after taking $5488 of my money for website and SEO services. It was a complete scam. I just filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, and I urge you to do the same. By the way my main contact was Billy Chen--does anyone know his whereabouts?

4 months of service now all communication ceased due to non operational company and project manager phone. I paid for 12 months and got 4. Lots of promises by my new manager Mike Perez but no results and will not return my emails. I would not give this company my money again if this what you can expect!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my website to be completed, but progress has been unreasonably delayed. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am requesting a full refund for the services that were not delivered as promised.

I had high hopes for this company, but sadly, they did not meet expectations. I hope they can improve their processes for future clients, but I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Stay as far away as you can from this company.

I have called 10 times over the course of a month to try to cancel our services and get our money back. The sales manager that promised me that you can cancel anytime with 100% customer satisfaction is now gone.

My project manager will not respond. When I call the front desk and ask to speak to a manager they all promise a call back and no one will call. This company is completely dysfunctional and will not honor any of your requests.

if I could give this company a zero review I would. They make a lot of promises that they cannot keep they take your money and do not deliver. Their work is sloppy full of typos and missed deadlines. I was told I would get a refund and then they changed their mind. They gave my personal information to another company without my permission. When I tried to confront them with this to discuss, I was put off and I tried to end my relationship with them a second time and was told I would get a refund and then I was locked out of my account and I did not receive any of my contents that they had edited and did not post. Definitely be beware of this company and stay as far away from them as possible.

Do NOT GET INVOLVED WITH JUMPTO1!!!!! This company is a SCAMMMMM! Danny, Caleb, and Omar are involved in deceptive practices and have absconded with my money along with that from all customers. I have contacted the Pennsylvania State AG for an investigation. I suggest anyone who has been scammed, to do the same. www. attorneygeneral. gov.

Awful!!! These people are a bunch of scam artists. They took a yearly annual charge of over $2,000 promised everything and I have gotten zero results with zero communication. Do not fall into these people scams!!!!!!!!!
