The trampoline is good quality and was easy to put together. Husband and I both worked on it. Had a small issue with the foam covers on the poles but customer service took care of it right away and sent us a few new ones. Thank you!

Jumpzylla trampoline was simple to assemble. The instructions were clear and concise. The trampoline is extremely safe for my young child.

The trampoline shipped faster than I expected. It was relatively easy to put together. We got the 14ft. It's a great size- the ground being level is very important!!

Bought a new mat for my 5 yr old trampoline that countless teenagers have jumped on. Customer service helped me through the process. Instillation was easy and my kids are back to jumping. The trampoline feels like a new trampoline! Easy and inexpensive.

We order a trampoline for our twins' birthday. It was shipped and delivered within a few days. The set up took a few hours with 2 people, relatively easy to put together with the included instructions. The trampoline was a big hit at their party and has been used daily since. So far we are very happy with the quality.

The Jumpzylla trampoline was delivered quickly in 2 boxes to make it more manageable to move. The instructions were easy to follow. Assembly took about 3 hours with 2 people installing. My daughter has loved jumping every day!

I’m very happy with this trampoline! It feels very safe which was important to me. My kids and their friends have a blast on it and I don’t worry about anyone getting hurt or falling. I put it together with one other person in about an hour and a half. Instructions were clear and it was pretty easy to do. The spring pulling tool was a big help! I would definitely buy this brand again and recommend it!

Ordering was incredibly easy, product seems to be good quality. I would only critique two things (not enough to knock off a star, because price is very competitive): The ladder doesn't really want to stay in place - nobody has slipped or anything, but the hooks could have some better grip to make it excellent. Also, the net seems preeeeetty sturdy, but not as much as other trampolines I've seen. Should be fine catching children, but older teenagers seem like they could go through it if things got a little crazy. Shouldn't be a problem with my kids, but a thought I had. Otherwise, setup wasn't too difficult, took a little over an hour. Instructions did not include anything about some small wire/clip thing that came with it - no clue what to do with that...

So far (only a couple weeks into using it) everything seems great. Fast delivery too.

The trampoline has held up well over 2 years. A tornado took it flying and landed in the neighbors yard. Only 2 poles were bent out of shape. I was able toorder the needed spare parts. The poles did not arrive with black foam coverings, but when i contacted customer service about my confusion they sent them to me for free!

Nice quality trampoline! Glad I spent the extra money and got a better quality one. I like the safety of the net. We also love the height from the ground. Even our one year old can climb up the ladder easily.

I purchased one in April and unfortunetly got destroyed by the weather and i didn't have a protection plan on it.But we were saving up for the same one and all my 3 kids enjoy using it!We bought another one with the protection plan this time,made sure to anchor it and we are loving it so far!

We spent alot of time going through different kinds of trampolines but came back to Jumpzylla because the price was right at a nice discount during the summer, we couldn't go wrong. Safety was the priority for us. The kids have been enjoying it so far so we'll see how it goes.

Quick delivery and Fairness

Great product. Kids use it literally everyday including winter in central PA. It held up surprisingly well the weather and usage.

Plus, they actually honored the warranty and sent replacement parts. Then when I said I also needed another part, they just sent it again. Very simple.

After the warranty expired, they even sell parts at a pretty reasonable price with free shipping. I was worried after a few years I’d have to replace the whole thing, instead I can do minor maintenance as needed and the trampoline stays good as new.

The trampoline came with all the right parts and tools and easy to follow instructions. The curved net poles are a better design than straight poles. The only complaint is that the U stakes are too lightweight to hold down the trampoline in windy areas.

Easy to assemble, made well, sturdy and safe. Great delivery nothing was broken.
