BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!

THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE!!!!

LUCKILY I GOT MY MONEY BACK,

I am very sorry that you have changed your mind on your purchase, however, as you are aware, you cannot cancel this credit agreement. We make the terms and conditions incredibly clear on the day by printing them out individually on 2 separate pieces of paper which you have signed yourself confirming that you understand. (Signed terms and conditions attached)

The Consumer Contract Regulation 2013 does not provide a 14 day cooling off period if a contract is made on-premises. It only applies off premises or "at a distance" e.g. on a door step, over the phone, over the internet. You signed the agreement on the creditors premises.
THEY WILL SEND YOU EMAILS LIKE THIS JUST TO FRIGHTEN YOU.

IN THE CONTRACT IT SAYS YOU ENTITLED TO A REFUND ONCE YOU HAVE MADE A FULL PAYMENT.

JUST CONTACT YOUR BANK IF THEY PERSIST NOT TO REFUND YOU. IF YOU SHOULD GET INTO THIS SIMILAR SITUATION.

BLOODY THIEVES!!!!

I put an application in and had a call…

I put an application in and had a call back from somebody who claimed to be the "manager" and I put it to them about trust pilots reviews from other applicants and how it's a scam and he couldn't back up his company whatsoever. He said the deposit was refundable upon arrival but I didn't book it because this happened to me before but with a different company that got away with it for a long time and then they got shut down and was on the news for ripping off thousands of people in portfolio charges and deposits that never did get refunded. The number they called me off of was 0207 135 2078 and apparently based in oxford street london. Just giving everyone the info I have. I told him accredited legit agencies do not ask for money up front no matter what. They take money in commission from work completed only and he just was very blasé and very chilled about it said yeah ok lets leave it here then. I asked him for peace of mind and reassurance that they were legit and he refused he said he cannot do that I said well there must be a reason... because you're scamming people. Heads up everyone, do not use or bother wasting your personal time with an application with junction 8 models because they are fake lying scam artists. He then claimed it was for "training" after saying it's to make sure I turn up. So he tripped himself up quickly in that fast debate between us on the phone there. I also told him I know how to pose I dont need training but apparently its compulsory the deposit of £50. I told him no. He hung the phone up on me in the end because I wasnt dumb enough to fall for a trick I had to learn from at the age of 15 years old which was 10 years ago.

They took photos of me and then made me wait for 1 hour afterwards I was called downstairs to the office. The lady said that I passed my assessment so I can be a model. She said I have to pay £1500 £2500
£3500 obviously I couldn't so Then she said that you can pay monthly but we knew we that there was pressure selling going on so we left miserably...

Spoke to them 2s now on the phone…

Spoke to them 2s now on the phone absolutely rude!!!! No other word for it and all because I told them I'm looking for agencies and not management modelling companies I received a text message after the phone call witch all I could do was laugh at because a proper company wouldn't send you stuff like they do.
Text read: Hi, thanks for your time today, due to the outcome of the first call you made to us and the call you made today, please refrain from contacting/applying to us ever again, that's junction8models or any of our affiliated sister organisations, we have withdrawn your application, take care and have a nice day

Scam.

Scam.
They will sound very credible, but you will never get paid work with them.
Also, HYPE DIGITAL , Amber Studios , Fusion Model Management , M Models , Online Booking Team and TMMC, are scams as well.
Send all mobiles numbers, details, addresses and details to ACTION FRAUD.

Shocking

Registered with junction 8 for my four year old. I was soon contacted by third party companies asking for £50 refundable deposits for appointment for a shoot. I did not give junction 8 models permission to pass on this sensitive information or image of my son and have had the other companies contact me. I’m saddened and shocked that with the new privacy laws this sort of information if shared without permission. The other company was 360 talent, the man was rude, unprofessional and patronising.

I have contacted the email for junction 8 and I immediately received an email saying there was no such user for the email. I knew something smelt off.

Scam modelling agency

Scam modelling agency. I talked to this girl who started the conversation very nicely, explained what it was all about. Just to test her I said oh I am 5ft2 though, she said so was she, it was okay. I said oh but I am size 16, she said, actually so is she. I was thinking yeah right okay. They want you to make a £50 deposit payment. Want to charge you lots of money for a photoshoot portfolio. Over the phone! It is scam. When I asked her if she was scamming me, she got angry and said "Thank you for wasting my time" haha.
