Mistake was corrected perfectly bij Jundo
My order was delivered in Tongeren, Belgium instead of my home place Tilburg (the Netherlands). After I contacted Jundo they sent a new parcel to my home address, which arrived today. I'm happy Jundo corrected the mistake DPD made. So 1 star for DPD, 5 stars for Jundo

Everything was perfect.
The packaging for the products was perfect (made the products fit perfectly) and the products came perfectly intact and visibly new/not used. I would also like to thank you for your handwritten note and the free Beauty of Joseon samples (already used them and loved them). I just started using the two products I bought but I already loved them both, so I will definitely buy again from your shop.

Sadly, I can't say that I'm satisfied with the service. My address was written incorrectly, so I had to wait a month for my parcel to arrive because it was sorted incorrectly. Otherwise, I'm happy because I got lots of samples!
