I received my order on 2/26/2025

I received my order on 2/26/2025. I am very dissatisfied with what was sent to me. The picture thats online is very beautiful and I was very excited to get it because my wedding is 3/15/2025, I received the dress and it looks NOTHING like the picture, the rhinestones that are placed on the back of the dress looks NOTHING like the picture neither does the front of the dress. I will not forget to mention, the smell. THE SMELL OF THE DRESS IS AWFUL! I would love my full refund that I have paid for my dress. This is very upsetting because my wedding is right around the corner and now I am stressing about a DRESS!!!!! I emailed support TWO DAYS IN A ROW, NO REPLY. I looked here and found a number I could text, thats the only way to receive a reply.

Five stars all around

Five stars all around! The dress I ordered was gorgeous, and the team was super helpful with any questions I had. Delivery was on time, I received my dress and accessories within a month of ordering, and everything was beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst company. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I ordered a dress from them with CUSTOM measurements. I waited and waited and waited for them to ship it or reply to my emails but nothing. Finally because I was smart enough to use PayPal to buy it I issued a complaint and requested a refund through PayPal. They immediately replied and sent the “custom” dress to me. It was the wrong color and didn’t fit at all. So I then yet again tried to get a refund. They offered me $100 to drop it then $125 when I didn’t accept (money which was never sent to me). Then they said I would receive a refund if I PAID to mail it back to them? I decided that was stupid and then I’d be out more money so I didn’t. They are liars and stole my money! I had to get a dress I didn’t really like for my wedding! They suck. Horrible lying thieving excuse for a company.

UPDATE: After I graciously emailed them upon their request here I was of course not offered ANY type of refund or compensation. They were also very rude. I have nothing to loose or gain from my reviews on this company I simply would like to help any other brides considering a purchase from them. I was not able to find and purchase a dress in time for my wedding that I truly loved because of the negligence of this company. If I feel so inclined in the future I will make TikTok or YouTube videos going into detail of my experience and the extremely poor treatment I received. I am sure they will come up with a colorful excuse for their actions, which at this point is slightly humorous. There are so many other good companies out there for affordable wedding dresses! SHEIN would be a better option, at least they’re honest from my experience. Good luck!

Low quality

It came in the timeframe that they told me it would show up. The dress was fortunately what was pictured on the website. They did not add the bustle that I paid to have added on and it was not custom size even though that is how I ordered the dress. The veil I purchased looked like it was glued together. I would avoid ordering from them if you can.

UPDATE:
I received pictures of the dress after they wrote their reply and you can tell that the extra fabric was folded in to get the “correct” measurements. They claimed to have placed a bustle on the dress as well, which was false. They like to harass you for leaving a review they don’t like.

Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. The dresses I bought do not even look like the online pictures. The return policy is bogus, DO NOT BUY! I wish I read into the reviews before buying from them.

I had an amazing experience with June…

I had an amazing experience with June Bridals. I ordered my dress and it came in a timely manner. It looked exactly like the picture. I had some alterations done in the bust area and the seamstress said it was very well made and easy to alter. For the price the quality was great I was pleasantly surprised.

This company is 100% a scam

This company is 100% a scam. I placed an order for one dress, but was charged five times! Before I realized this I had already received an email stating the dress was being altered, therefore could not be returned. I tried to call them, but both phone numbers (very difficult to find on their site) aren’t even real!!!
You can only contact them via email, but nothing is ever done.
I’m reporting them to my bank and filing a fraud claim. DO NOT order from this company!!!
And if for some reason you’re still considering it, go to Reddit, Trust Pilot, Wedding Wire, etc to read customer reviews.

do not purchase from this company! I spent $236 on a dress that I thought looked pretty on the website and when I got it, it was itchy and poorly made. They refuse to give me a full refund. Only offering 80 bucks in exchange.

Beware! I would give a Zero if I could

Awful dress and experience. Material was cheap, like a Halloween costume. It did not look like the photo at all. It came from China, not the UK or USA like they claim. And it did not fit. They would NOT refund it - I would have had to pay mailing (to China) and other fees. I still do not have a partial refund. CAUTION!

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! The dress is not as advertised AT ALL!!!!! I wanted this dress for my rehearsal dinner and when I opened the package one of the pearl buttons immediately popped off.

Then I tried it on and OMG! The sleeves are so puffy! This dress is NOTHING like what is advertised.

They deserve less than a 0 for rating

If I could give this company less than 0, I would. I ordered a dress from them, and was so excited when it arrived. I had followed their sizing chart, measured myself and even ordered larger so that I could have it altered near me for a more custom fit. To my dismay not only did the dress not look like what I ordered (lace pattern different, different color, etc), it was too SMALL. I could hardly even get it on to try it. Not to mention the stitching was completely wrong. The space for my breasts were way up by my neck/collarbone. I immediately reached out. They took about a week to get back to me. They said I had to pay for shipping back to China, and then they would deduct the shipping cost again from my refund, OR I could opt to not return it and they would refund less than 50% of what I paid for the dress. To top that they IN WRITING asked me to lie on my customs form and say the value of the dress was $0. Absolutely not. I emailed back asking why they would 1. Make me pay for shipping when they misrepresented the product online/sent me the wrong thing 2. Double charge me for shipping and then 3. Lie to customs. They responded only to question 3 stating that the dress had no value because it was defective and they were going to destroy it. Why do I have to spend who knows how much on international shipping for them to destroy it?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM.

Regarding the return and value, in our return policy, we stated this matter clearly: We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product (The round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refund) if you are not satisfied with your item(s).
Please kindly understand it's a returned item not purchasing merchandise, which has no commercial value. Sometimes we send free samples to our customers, but the item is free with 0 value.

For environmental friendliness, returned goods need to be returned to the warehouse in China for unified processing, because our website does not have inventory or resale.

Difficult (and expensive) to return product

UPDATE (original review below):
Customer service got back to me, and after some back and forth allowed a return. However, I would have to pay the original shipping ($40) and ship it back. I opted for one of the original offers of a partial rebate (about 44%). The cost to alter the dress would be about the same as buying the dress, so I am not doing that. Cutting my losses and got a dress from somewhere else.

If you do buy from June Bridals, I recommend getting a custom-sized dress so that it hopefully will fit. But know that you will not be able to return it (whether custom or not) without incurring substantial costs and most likely cannot return even if it's not a custom size.

Hopefully they will update their product pages to not say "easy returns".

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I received my order, and the color was wrong. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to initiate a return, and they have not responded to me at all.
