Order never received.
Ordered two items at the beginning of August which never arrived. Took a while to get an email response from the company who said they would send another which has also not been received. Seems to be a common theme reading through instagram comments.

Thanks so much for your quick and speedy turnaround and delivery! My experience has been nothing like the other reviewers, the owner was in contact really quickly after I explained what I was looking for and to check if it would be ready in time. They went above and beyond to get my T-shirts ready in time! In terms of quality, they’re great and wash up really well. I received a T-shirt as a gift and loved it and that’s why I ordered some more for others as a gift.

Do not use this company!

Ordered a personalised t shirt 5 weeks ago - 3rd August and still not received it!
I emailed numerous of times to have ONE reply saying they were having “technical difficulties having my order come through & it would be sent straight away it would be with me by 4th September” that was a week ago and still had nothing! They don’t reply to any emails, they’re clearly lying about sending it and just want your money!

Stay away! Awful customer service & so unprofessional!!

Ordered a personalised tee on 11th August, have emailed and commented on Instagram but no reply! Ordered for my partner's 40th so I'm really annoyed. Absolutely crap communication, and actual LIARS. AVOID

I ordered an item of clothing personalised on the 16th of March, the website states “ITEMS TAKE 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY”. I emailed several times after the 3 weeks were up and leading up to the 3 weeks being up, there was either lack of replies or lack of understanding. I am then told they have sent it but did not show proof they sent the first one and stated they were having problems with royal mail. They then said they would send another one out with DPD and make sure it is tracked. I asked several times if this has been sent and if there is proof, to be told they have sent it with royal mail again, when I have looked at the receipt it says its is sent with a 1st Class Large letter and does not say anywhere that it is tracked only showing a reference number. The receipt also says we aim to deliver in 3 working days so once again I am held up waiting for this item which is a gift for someone which I was meant to give them 2 weeks ago. I feel like I have faced nothing but problems, and it has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety, I have tried to be polite but its really starting to stress me now. I have got something from this place before and did not have any troubles but after the stress from this and the poor customer service I don’t think I will order again.

Haven't received my order yet despite it now being over 3 weeks (website says expect 3 weeks for delivery on personalised items). Chased via email and not received any response. Feel scammed. Do not order!!
