cold and dirty

Today 1st time I took little one to the place (as someone told me that place is perfect for toddlers).
1.Not at all.. very poor activity choice for toddlers up to age 2.
2. Place was cold,I couldn't believe that is so cold in place for a kids.
3. Is dirty (play area including)
I don't think I will back there ,i prefer to drive 20 min to City west then back there: entry for toddlers below age 2 is cheeper,they have place dedicated to the smallest..and it's nice and cozy ..very disappointed
