I’ve had an extremely frustrating…

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Jungle Rock. For weeks now they’ve been sending me persistent unwanted emails, yet I can’t find a working “unsubscribe” option anywhere on their site or in the emails. This kind of unsolicited communication is not only annoying—it also violates good email-marketing practices and may breach spam regulations in many jurisdictions.

Specifically:

The frequency and volume of the emails are excessive, giving me no choice but to keep deleting them.

Despite the claim that I can opt out, there is NO visible or functioning “unsubscribe” link in their messages.

I attempted to contact their support to request removal from their list, but have received no confirmation that my request was processed (if at all).

Because of this, I cannot recommend Jungle Rock. Their refusal (or inability) to provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism calls into question their respect for customer preferences and compliance with email best-practices.

If you’re reading this and considering signing up with them, I’d advise you to proceed with caution—and if you do share your email address, keep an eye on your inbox (and spam filter) just in case.

Hi - sorry to hear this is your experience but it would be SUPER helpful to know where you signed up because we do not send any emails from Jungle Rocket to any sort of newsletter. Can you confirm where you signed up and had this experience?

Upon requesting information about you and receiving your email, we double checked all our accounts where we send emails and do not see your email anywhere. Unfortunately I can't confirm you have actually been on our emails or where you would have opted in to get anything, so if you can provide for info please do so. If not, it appears maybe there has been a mistake.
