Scam and threating. Tiktok Australian reviews for proof. Terrible and scary they are getting away with this.

Seems like they have a very dodgy guy within the company I wonder if they all know or if he's a lying greedy sob. The company really needs to look at what it stands for and maybe because this Richard guy obviously doesn't stand for the same principles of the company

They upcharge on the bill then come back and leave junk blocking your garage

Scams NDIS clients with extortionate fees and threatening behaviour. An absolute shame.

We asked for a quote to pick up some hard rubbish from our property and agreed to a reasonable price over the phone. After collecting the items they then send us an invoice for 3 times the price, when we tried to call them to clarify we were screamed at and abused over the phone by the owner. We've been threatened that if we don't pay the full amount they'll take us to debt collectors and dump other items on our property.

1 star for their behaviour but 5 stars if you like collecting mattresses.

Dumped a heap of garbage on my lawn after invoicing me 8x his quote and being unhappy that I challenged it.

Fraudulent business practices involving extortion and dumping of mattresses on your property when you refuse to pay.

Avoid at all costs.

I called them to come get my heavy furniture, and after a few hours, they were in my backyard and removing my junk. We are extremely grateful. I'm so happy with the service. Staff are polite, straight-forward, and have no drama.

From the first phone call to the final invoice I cannot recommend this team more highly. Friendly thorough and so pleased to see how well the items were sorted through and put into piles for recycling and charity. Very good notifications of arrival etc. and really reasonable price. This is the way forward for anyone clearing a house. Much better than skips and unnecessary landfill

Both Bill and James are great guys who work very hard. They cleared everything without an issue.

Brilliant experience! Staff were super friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. No fuss removal from lovely guys. Will definitely use again when I need to get rid of junk.

Firstly they were 45 mins late then called to say they were half an hour away and arrived an hour later after that. Staff seemed very unmotivated, yawning a lot and spent more time looking at the stuff before actually moving it. A few things were dropped and broken which they did not clean up when they were finished, they also did not take everything they were supposed to take, I still have rubbish left over. I could over hear them questioning how many cubic meters it is and for one of the staff members to reply “I have no idea my brains not working today let’s just say 5 or 6 that will do” but in reality was most likely about 4, disappointing, paid $600 for approximately 4 square meters it would have been cheaper for me to go to the tip. Overpriced for the service.

They even moved my outside umbrella to another spot on my balcony, which was not part of their job!

Absolutely disgusting company
Quoted approx $600 for 6 cubic meters then came and picked up less than 2 cubic meters...5 items...tried to claim it was 10 cubic meters and charged over $2500.
Worst of all this was a single mum of 5 kids and the guys knew that.
When she questioned the price they became abusive and intimidating and threatened VCAT . I called them to discuss the bill and the guy immediately became abusive swearing ++ . I told them we had before and after photos and were not paying and happy to go to VCAT.
2 weeks later they dumped over 20 filthy disgusting old mattresses on the nature strip.
Stay as far away from these cowboys as possible ...disgusting bullies!
