No fuss professionalism
Tip runs, hiring skips etc. Is all stuff which I hate doing, so was amazed to see this service.
Both guys were super honest and friendly; and turned it around in about 20 minutes.
Whole garage is clear with furniture gone.

I ordered a skip, sent a picture when requested to do so, to be told they was not comfortable to deliver a skip!
I had to wait for over 5 days for a refund.

We were equally disappointed that we were unable to site our skip at your premises. As previously explained, health and safety is important to us and we can only site skips on hard-standing with unobstructed access.
In respect of your refund, I can confirm that our accounts team processed your refund the morning after the aborted delivery; unfortunately the delay in your refund crediting your account was due to PayPal.
At Junk Collectors we pride ourselves in providing a customer-focused service and we hope that you will consider using our junk collection services in the future.
