Poorly run and terrible customer…

Poorly run and terrible customer service. I ordered a Bills shirt and they sent me a 49ers shirt. I mean, how hard is it to match the shirt to the packing slip? They offered a refund, not an exchange. They emailed me a label but I don’t have a working printer at home. I asked them to mail me a label so that I don’t have to go out and find a place to pay to print to correct their mistake. They refused. Piss poor customer service.

Very disappointed

Well I ordered 2 shirts originally was supposed to be here in 2 weeks now its 2 months couldn't even cancel the order even tho it hasn't shipped be warned about this place don't think there on the up and up!

Bad Shirts, Worse Customer Service

Ordered a $52 Tom Petty shirt and it faded by a good 70-80% after the first wash. When we reached out to the company about a possible replacement or refund, they offered an insulting 30% discount on our next purchase

material of the shirt is the perfect retro/comfy band shirt feel, just bummed by the fade/bad customer service

Keep your money in your wallet

Order never arrived.
If I could give a zero or negative I would.
Contacted company they said they would send back out,guess what? Never arrived.
According to my enroute app items were never shipped either time.
Reached out again said they would give me a %back of my money because they had a loss too. What?
I complained said they would refund fully.
It's been almost 6 months.i contacted monthly.
Bullshit company
Bullshit customer service.
Still no refund.
Please be patient it takes at least 25 days they say.
Wait isn't 6 months longer than 25 days?

expect mediocrity from start to finish

I placed an order during a sale, but the item wasn't actually in stock because of Junk Food's very poor inventory management.

Instead of reaching out to ask whether I'd like a replacement item, they just cancelled it. I asked for the sale terms to be honored on a shirt in the size that I actually needed, and was told no without any sort of accommodation for their mistake.

It's not about the money. I work in e-commerce, and their fulfillment operations are obviously less than optimal. When you make an error, you correct it. A $10-15 discount on an overpriced shirt isn't even the point - the lack of any sort of consideration is the problem.

I've been a repeat customer for years and they clearly don't care, so I wouldn't recommend becoming even a first time customer.

Also - their designs have gone from unique and clever to mediocre corporate brands.

My order got canceled

My order wasn't mailed for 5 days. I reached out to ask what was happening, then my order was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances". I gave it two stars because my refund was issued right away. Maybe they're not tracking their stocks properly? Anyway, very discouraging experience and I really wanted the shirt I ordered so I'm pretty disappointed.

Junky Amazon vendor

Purchased a t•shirt from this vendor via Amazon. The wrong size was sent plus wrong team, and it was late! Make returns difficult. Totally not worth the effort! Ended up donating it to the children’s unit of BH hospital I work for.

Thieves!

I purchased a shirt for a Christmas gift. The size did not work out, the size actually looked defective/incorrect. I sent it back and they did receive it. I have a tracking number and who it was signed by. Now it’s been over a month and still no refund. They do not have customer service, they have babies you have to follow up with. They do not respond to emails. I finally found a number to call and they did not apologize for their lack of customer service or why it’s taking so long to get my refund back. I was told to wait!!! This is ridiculous! I want my money back now! They stole my money and they have their merchandise.
