Disappointed with recent Greed and changes

I used to rely on Juno Finance as my go-to platform, but recent changes have left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite their claims of being fee-free, they've become excessively greedy. One crucial detail they fail to mention is the imposition of stringent daily and monthly limits unless you receive direct deposits through them. For instance, the daily ATM limit is a paltry $100. While they advertise zero fees, it's a deceptive practice. On the transaction receipt, they display a $0 fee, but in reality, they subtly deduct it. For example, when selling $1,000 of crypto, the balance immediately drops to $910 upon hitting the Sell button, without any indication on the receipt. This lack of transparency and their apparent shift towards maximizing profits at the expense of their users' trust is deeply disappointing.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. They don’t disclose fees like the ones that matter the most. When selling crypto via juno they use a 3rd party even though they claim that they charge $0 in fees they fail to mention the 3rd parties fees and they don’t feel the need to disclose this clearly to you because after some investigation they do make something off your sells most likely in a form of “kickback” from a 3rd party when you sell your crypto to them.

I must say I love it

I must say I love it. Aside from their recent rate reduction from 5% to 3% on balances less than 20K they have been a high performing bank and paid me high interest on my checking account. Their interface and customer support is great. I wish all banks were this convenient.

So I did have a good review for this…

So I did have a good review for this sorry excuse for a bank, but unfortunately I spoke way to soon. This is the problem with the cryptocurrency market. It's centralized bs banks like Juno. They froze my account and funds a month ago because they said someone tried to link a PayPal to my account. So I’m being punished for it! Wow didn’t expect this one Juno. They won’t even send my funds back to cash app. SMH oh well ima just keep blasting them all over the net. Where to next? Reddit, BBB, or maybe even the SEC?

Juno, what happened?

I was considering Juno to be a "best in class" financial service institution combining speed, accuracy, value, and support. I'd been recommending the service to so many people!

But now they've frozen my account and my assets without having articulated a single reason. My inquiries are met with the sort of vague generalities with are always red flags for me.

Juno, what happened?

I have had an account for just under a year and it has been great. Great for your everyday banking and crypto. This is a bank and not an exchange market they have been great for me buying/selling/sending/receiving. They handle about 95 % of all the legwork for my crypto goals and I feel safe using them. CC has been very helpful as well.
