Great experience

I ordered their special offer coffee packs and were delivered within 48 hours, excellent service

Coffee arrived the following day after ordering which is excellent service but I was surprised to see the best before date is in 6 month's time, would expect at least 1 year.

Happy with the site I found but rather confused with the other site you operate which won't accept the same sign in details. Are there two separate companies?

I have been dealing directly with Jura for over 4 years now and I can say without doubt they are the best coffee company (service, machines and consumable products) anyone could turn to. Par excellance as they say. Keep it up guys, you deserve all the success this should be bringing to your company.

Great service, product and offer price, but let down by the UPS delivery. UPS failed to place a "failed to deliver" notification in our post box so we were unaware that the Jura package was at our local UPS collection point and needed us to pick it up.

Simple straight forwards and efficient

My Jura Impressa C5 is seven years old. I have constanstly "just used" it for all of that time, mostly in Spain. I brought it back to the UK recently and decided to have it serviced and returnedit to Jura UK. The whole process was made simple and it's now vack and just like new.

The site was easy enough to navigate, good choices and good prompt delivery.

Very quick delivery, but on arrival I found I had accidently ordered the incorrect filters for my coffee machine. Customer services were very helpful and a return and exchange was processed quickly.

Would have been 5 stars if their website had mentioned that exchange was possible.

Ordered filters but received the wrong ones. Had to email a photo have still not received the correct ones. Am now faced with having to pay postage to send wrong ones back, scanning receipt and sending to jura to get P&P refunded. A lot of hassle because someone can't tell the difference between blue and white filters. Will never order from Jura again
