Improved customer service at Jurassic Fibre
Jurassic have recently improved their response to faults. whereas a previous report had to be reported 4 times before anything was done. Marie got straight to the problem, told me what the company was doing about it and offered to cal me back when the problem was solved. She did this thus closing the loop in relation to my problem. Jon very well done. Thanks Marie!

What started with a bad experience through the installation process being delayed, I can only thank Aidan for being the man to sort it all for me. His kind way of dealing with people showed patience and empathy through a very frustrating time. Thank you Aidan for your help, I do not think I would have proceeded with the install had it not been for you. Broadband works perfectly fine now (actually better than previous provider!) and Tiaan was a star installing explaining what he was doing all the way through.

Installation at home excellent by Dustin & Tiaan. Efficient and informative and relatively quick despite having to do extra work because the cable had been left on the post and not brought to the exterior of the house. Thank you guys.

Moving Home
Upon requesting to move my service to my new home everything was going smoothly, we encountered a glitch where my service was delayed for 6 days. But Marie worked her socks off to get me set up as quickly as possible! With the help from Bruno. After being delayed I was frustrated but Marie was calling me everytime she had an update. Keeping me informed all the way up to install. If it wasn’t for Marie I’d probably have left! But with customer care like this I’d highly recommend the service

This is an outstanding ISP. I have been a customer since the business started up and have been continuously delighted by stable FTTP rates of over 900 Mbs and excellent telephony. The rates are highly competitive and the customer support is excellent. I have recommended them for a long time but thought it time to share my high opinion with a wider audience.

Called to query Wi-Fi speeds & range and was greeted by a gentleman named Stuart. He was the most helpful advisor I think I have ever spoken to. He was professional and friendly, clearly an expert in the field. Not only did he answer my questions with helpful answers, but he went beyond to make sure I, the customer, was satisfied.
Very impressed by the customer care team and the quality of their responses. So far I have no complaints with the company or the people who work for them. Would recommend.

Called to switch from Sky to Jurassic Fibre. Esta was great on the phone really friendly and helpful. Made the switch smooth and easy. Have since spoken to Sky who have said we shouldn't be charged cancellation fee. Friends of ours have recommended Jurassic Fibre to us.

After a disappointing start on the live chat I ended up speaking to Rupert on the phone. He sorted out the issues i had of trying to register for Jurassic fibre online, he was very helpful, courteous and did what he said he would do and even called me back to confirm. I have been with Jurrassic Fibre now for 4 years and have never had any issues with them. Last week I needed to speak to someone in the company, and I was personally really struggling, but Codie who I spoke to at the time went completely above and beyond to help and make sure I was ok, Codie thank you so much. Also today I had to phone back up and spoke to someone called Bruno who again was an absolute star for helping me today. So thank you Bruno. I can honestlysay I have never experienced customer service like I did this last 2 weeks anywhere else, and have no intentions of switching my provider. Thank you so much Jurassic Fibre, your staff are amazing.

Bruno was patient, well mannered helpful and knowledgeable. I had had no connection for my landline since Jurassic installed my fibre cable last monday.He was able to identify what the cause was and offered to send an engineer around in the event of the solution he suggested not working.This is in stark contrast to the previous call handlers, who had repeatedly assured me that the problem would rectify itself. I had to call them back to tell them that nothing had happened in the time frame they stated. The installers had not bothered to inform me of the simple fact of there needing to be a cable linking the new router to the handset, rather than to the external, now redundant, copper cable. Therefore, I had had a whole week with no landline connection and wasted a lot of time on unproductive phone calls.
