All done professionally

Andy came and fitted and tested the connection with no mess. The job didn't take long at all. I can't comment on the actual broadband yet as it has to settle but I'm sure it'll be fine.

NO ROUTER ACCESS

Be aware that you have NO ACCESS to your router and seemingly no controls over anything. You can only change the network Name and Password by calling Jurrasic Fibre. Any subsequent router update will then require you to call again to update this again. This is to alert people as there is no clear statement of this anywhere on their site, and it is a very different experience to any previous broadband supplier and router set-up.

We have just gone over to jurassic fibre and got the £35 package and can't fault it they sorted out the switch got 2 months free We were with bt and paying about £60a month with phone line which we have got rid off to be honest bt are a pain in the butt glad to see the back of them

Just had JFL installed, by engineer Andy, cracking job. Answered all my questions and certainly put my mind at ease. Everything was very straightforward and completed with professionalism. Too early to comment on the Broadband Connection but did have some buffering whilst on social media, which hasn’t happened in a long time! Will let is settle.

The initial installation was not…

The initial installation was not completed and I spent two weeks chasing them to find out what was happening and when and why it hadn’t been done only to find the original installation team had lied saying I wasn’t at home 😡

Excellent Customer Service

First rate service from Marie in Customer Services. We had no internet service. Marie said she would get an engineer to rebuild our service but it could take a couple of hours. It was in fact restored within 20-30 minutes and Marie even phoned me to let me know and to check it was working. Very happy and very impressed! Thank you Marie!
