JUST FRAMELESS SHOWERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We were sent a bath screen which we spent almost £1000 on, and the sticker was on the incorrect side of the panel. The panel was attached to the wall on the side indicated. When it didn't fit we established that the sticker had been put on the wrong side. When we flipped the screen over, the holes on the correct side, were at a different height so the shower screen now sits too low and cannot be opened with the sealer on the bath. They sent an engineer to look at this, who also stated that our instructions were out of date as they had no measurements which would have indicated that the sticker was on the wrong side. They are now claiming the engineer hasn't said this. We will be raising a chargeback with our bank. terrible company that supplies hugely expensive product at sub par standard. We have now exchanged over 30 emails and they will not acknowledge a faulty product. AVOID THIS COMPANY
