What seemed to be a fun idea for a gift has turned into a nightmare and an embarrassing and tiresome situation.
I ordered a personalised CFC Women dressing room mug when it came was CFC Men dressing room mug. I was reassured on 22nd April that a replacement would be sent. Still waiting for the correct mug.
It is now 14th June and my friend is still waiting for the mug.
How embarrassing. This is appalling Customer Service or total lack of it.
Thanks for nothing as you made a fool out of me.

Awful service, and still no gift! Would give them minus stars if this were possible.
Ordered a gift for my other half on 17th May 2020. When I ordered this, it said dispatch would be withing 72 hours.

I received an email 22nd May to say that the order was awaiting shipment and one on 26th May (a bit more than 72 hours!?) to say it had been shipped, and on 28th May to say it had been completed. Nothing arrived.

I enquired about my order via their Facebook page on 1st June. The responses I received were at some times completely incoherent and overall extremely rude (I was told to "be patience") and I got no concrete information. So I tried again on 4th June to be told that they will chase this up. Then no response.

Finally on 5th June I chased again and they advised that a new one was being made (?!) and would be sent via DPD on Monday 8th June, but gave no explanation or apology. I asked for a reason and they ignored my question.

8th June I chased again and they said it was in production but couldn't confirm when it would be sent or if I would receive any tracking info.

I've tried to message them again today (9th June) and it appears that they have blocked me from sending messages or posting reviews on their Facebook page. Very angry and upset that what I thought would be a lovely gift has turned into a sham.

Take your custom elsewhere.

UPDATE: Have received a response to my email: "We will refund you as you have been very un patience when it comes to the order during these current circumstances". No explanation, nothing. TERRIBLE.

Ordered a personalised cheese board with knives for my grandson and his partner. Delivery was a little longer than expected but under current circumstances understandable. I contacted the company and their customer service was great. The item arrived today and the young couple are over the moon with it....it was a surprise gift for them as they are buying their first home together. The quality and workmanship look fantastic. Shall be looking for other items for them as they progress through setting up their new home.

Ordered a personalised sweet box for the hubby’s birthday. Delivery took a little longer than expected but this was due to Royal Mail delays under current circumstances. Ordered 2 personalised mugs on Saturday and they arrived on Thursday. Very nice mugs and would definitely recommend. Postage could have been a bit quicker for the price but overall very happy
