Turned up to purchase sport bottoms for my son. The website doesn't inform you that they have in place click and collect service only.

Went online to place my order, only to be told I'd have to wait 10 days.

Everything is back to normal now, why are you not letting customers in to purchase items?

Fabulous customer service and quick delivery especially during the busiest time of year and me ordering so last minute! Uniform is also exceptional quality! I couldn’t recommend enough

Firstly I have no choice but to order uniform from here as they supply my daughters school. Their opening days and times for back to school are few and far between. The branch I ordered to was open 2 days which i couldn't make due to work, I emailed to have a response that the order was in store and open 2 days a week (I'd booked 2 days off to sort uniform but not open those days.
Tried to call but the customer service is only open 12-3pm. 71 attempts later told I can't go to another branch as they don't hold stock, but the one I ordered to is actually open but didnt show on the website. I've driven round the east Midlands to get things and turns out I could have gone to the shop in the first place.
Round in circles, no one to talk to, unhelpful email response, barely open for back to school, order only. Never had an issue before with other suppliers and gutted I have no other choice

Fabulous school uniform supplier with exceptional customer service! Despite stores being closed due to Covid, staff have been exceptionally accommodating. The uniform is wonderful quality at affordable prices!

I am absolutely appalled at the email communication I received from the managing director earlier today. I had emailed requesting a tracking order for the delivery that they claim was sent out on Friday with My Hermes. I had also requested a refund of the delivery charge (as i've waited 9 days) only be sent a snotty response that was sarcastic in tone, because I had ordered 1 week after the announcement was made that schools were to reopen (can't help that i'm working & Sunday 28th was my first day off in 9 days!), followed by a very patronising, "FYI, all non-essential shops are closed according to government guidelines". As the schools are all open, and have been throughout the lockdown, i'd expect to still be able to purchase school uniform, considering we can't just pick it up in our local Asda.

In addition to this, it also transpired that they hadn't posted my order on Friday as they had claimed in their email on 05/03/2021, because it was only collected this morning. I had clearly (wrongly) thought ordering on the 28th February would have been plenty of time for delivery, especially as i'm based 15 mins away from you, not 15 countries!

Never have I experienced such rude customer service and from a managing director of all people!

I have no choice but to buy overpriced uniform from this shop. They were once reasonable, fulfilling orders quite quickly even though their shops were rarely open. Now, they are saying they can only deliver (at cost by Hermes!) because the government has ordered them to close their shops. This is utter nonsense as all shops can open even under Tier 3. All orders are responded to by an email warning of delays because of 'unprecedented numbers of late orders'. Come on, it's December now, please stop using that excuse. There is an appalling lack of communication and orders are posted without warning. I just received a half fulfilled order a day later than the courier advised, with no warning at all from the supplier it had even been dispatched. If I could persuade the school to use a different supplier then I would.

Standard of materials made to make these items are appalling. They’re very cheaply made my son started using his uniform September for the new term it all needs replacing already have tried to contact them but have been ignored avoid at all cost unless you really want to be buying full uniform for every month

I am still waiting for uniform order a month ago. Paid almost £70. My child has had to go to school for 2 weeks with non uniform. No-one answering phones or emails.

I have not had great customer service like this for a long time. I received a top with a slight fault on it and contacted the shop to ask for an exchange. They drove all the way to NG17 to exchange the top personally. Well done - highly recommended products & service 👍

I have used this company since 2010 and have to say I have never had a problem, Staff are always cheerful & ready to help, Embroidery is fantastic & delivery is when they say it is, have hardly ever had to chase!!

Terrible experience with this store! We order three times because the sizes of the uniforms doesn't match the described in the website and they charge 5.99 GBP for each delivery. We are expecting the third uniform and up to now, it cost me almost 30 GBP for delivery and returns. Customer support just says order until you get the right one or drive 100 miles to try it in the shop. The terrible company but that happens when they are the only choice for the student uniforms!

I've had to go to school without a uniform for the past week and a half already! I'm disappointed with the fact that the uniforms' sizes do not correspond with their description. I am a size 41.7" hence why the first uniform I purchased was a size 42" however when I tried it on, it was at least 3 sizes bigger than what I expected! The second time I ordered size 38" , however just like the first one, it was still too big! Now I have to order a third time.

The size options on the website don't match the product. We had to order three times to get the right size, we paid 30 for delivery and return costs and still don't get the right size. Customer support refused to help, they only said order again and get the delivery money. Sadly they are the only shop where these uniforms can be purchased.
