Superb briefs that are made of great quality fabrics and well constructed. They hold you just right and are great for summer wear instead of boxers in warmer weather.

My husband loves his Just Wears. Comfortable stylish and no chafing. But his latest funkily patterned pair was faulty so I had to raise it with JW. Joey could not have been more helpful or keen to put things right. Such a great brand❤️

Accidentally ordered the wrong style which weren’t the correct shape for me - after letting them know they replaced with the style I had had previously- excellent customer service - a rare commodity these days 👏👏👏👏

Disappointment on receiving the wrong size, and that sinking feeling of having to go through a complaint and returns process, has been totally turned around to delight at receiving amazing and rare personal service. Replacement items were sent immediately with clear instructions on what to do next. And the delight was that I was obviously dealing with a real person. Refund for the return postage was within an hour of notification. Outstanding! Well done that company!!

Been using JWs for years now and never been disappointed. Excellent quality and pricing. Had a slight issue recently and sought advice. The service and response was outstanding and demonstrated this is a company that truely values its customer base. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

I have never had any issues with JustWears and their customer service is great. I made a mistake with the size on one of my orders that was sorted in 10 minutes after it was made.

To say that the reality doesn’t match the hype is an understatement. These premium priced underwear looked and felt great to begin with but within a year the fabric had lots its elasticity which made them useless for me. I am 60 this year and good support in the right places is always appreciated. These failed completely on that score.

Had an issue with my last order. Contacted them, provided all the details requested and they are sending replacements. Great customer service which makes a change these days

Very Happy with my dealings with JustWears, there prices are very competative for their products. The delivery schedule is very quick & you are kept in the loop of where your package is at all times. The underwear itself is top quality, the material they use is soft & light, so you hardly know your wearing them. And for us blokes with the pouch, it makes everything separate & dry & airy.

I can't believe all the positive reviews. I've ditched Just Wears and gone back to cotton underwear.

Whatever they are made from it not right. I had a pair that were nearly dry so I used a hair dryer to finish and the fabric began to melt like plastic.

Also my balls became dry and itchy.

I don't trust these products. Just a gimmick, a fad and caused me harm.

If you know what is good for you just wear natural cotton.

What a company, what great products. I love the boxer briefs they are very comfortable, only thing I wear now. Highly recommend.
Their customer services far exceeds others by a mile. I recently purchased eight pairs of boxer briefs. After wearing one pair for the first time, I noticed a small hole in them. I contacted Just-Wears (on a Saturday) via e-mail with in 10 mins they replied apologising and saying they would send out a replacement ASAP. I replied thanking them and again a very speedy reply (5 mins) from them to confirm they had sent the order to dispatch. Couple of days later I received two pairs to replace my one pair. How’s that for service. This is the first issue I have had with the briefs. All companies however big or small occasionally have a small issue, but it how they deal with it that matters, and Just-Wears could not have done more. They have a customer for life.

I have been purchasing these Just Wears Boxers size XXL for a couple of years, and really like the feel and fit of them, with an exception, when i tried the new heights range, they were size XXL, this is my normal size, but they were too tight, I had some completely unused ones, so I messaged Joey at Just wears if he could kindly change them, for the original black, without hesitation, he did!! To sum up they are a great company, selling premium wear, you won’t be disappointed 😉

Excellent fabric and good fit. The shape off the briefs works really well, not silly and skimpy but comfortable all day. Some nice colours and patterns too.

The underwear is actually pretty good and 1 of 3 brands we order from for this design. They are quite expensive but all 3 shops are in the same price range. Our 1 major disappointment with them is that we decide on where to shop based on if we get cash back (in this instance from TopCashback) but twice now they’ve declined it. So no thanks, we’ll take our repeat business elsewhere.

Superb quality, features and long lasting materials. Keep buying these for my husband, anything else is second best!
