First class from start to finish
First class from start to finish except that no 'delivered' email was received. I looked on the tracking to find it. A problem with the courier not the provider I think.

No exchanges, just plain rude
I purchased an isotermic screen protector. I checked in the details provided online that I was selecting the correct model. I received the protector and did not get round to using it until after the 14 days return period. It is completely the wrong size making it useless. The item cost approximately 75 euros. I requested to exchange for another model that is correct but they said no it is outside of the 14 days so get lost. Absolutely shocking customer service considering I have spent over a thousand euros with this supplier. I will never spend another cent with them. I do not want the money returning only to exchange the product which is in premium condition and could be re-sold. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

Delivery didn't work as promised. DB Schenker contacted for the timing of the delivery, but they did not deliver the goods when promised. There was a whole week (7days!) difference to the promised delivery time and with no notice at all of the change. Why Just4camper uses such an unreliable delivery partner? Spoils really the whole ompany's reputation.
