A great service from start to finish. The owner Paul gave some that is rare these days … customer service. The sofa and arm chairs look fantastic and are very comfortable. I’d have no issue using just4sofas again.

Visited the shop in fareham tried all the different sofas and then had help picking the best one for us .very friendly and helpful staff ordered kept in touch with Paul the owner of the shop who was very helpful and our sofas were delivered today on time .And the two delivery men were very efficient and polite who got the job done quickly with no mess .

The Shop assistant gave us loads of information and we felt as ease in the shop. Once we purchased our sofas, the follow up was good and timely. We were advised 12 to 18 weeks for delivery but our sodas were available in 10. Short term storage was no problem. Delivery was on time on the day selected. The instalation was great and the guys explained every element of assembly as requested. Further management follow up was immediate and again a good experience. I would recommend just4sofas to anyone. All round excellent experience

My chair from Just4Sofas had been with me for 6 yearswhen I noticed it was juddering. I phoned Paul who had the Homeserve service to have a look at it within a couple of days. Problem with the mechanism which they could not fix, which they reported to Paul at Just 4 Sofas.
Because of the 10 year guarantee a brand new chair has been delivered today and the old one removed.

We have just received the sofa and chair. They look great and were installed very quickly, neatly and professionally put together. So far very impressed. . We have just tried the sofa out and its very comfortable. Highly recommend them.

Bought our new sofa's from our local store and are very happy with the service we received no high pressure sales were given time to look through what was on offer and very happy with our purchase great quality not the cheapest but you get what you pay for dealing with Paul was a breeze and he kept us informed about how our things we're going when we inquired overall a great buying experience would highly recommend

Really happy with our purchase from the Fareham store. Although there was a delay with our delivery Sue and Paul sorted us with a comfortable replacement until ours was delivered.

So things didnt work out as we all hoped ,no ones fault and Just4sofas behaved impecably througout, a credit to online furniture business. There are many online furniture companies that one should not trust, Just4sofas on the contrary set their bar on customer service and integrity very high .I would never hesitate recomending them

This purchase and delivery was nice and easy. I wouldn’t have any issues choosing just4sofas again and I would recommend them as everything was straight forward and hassle free. We asked at some point a time scale for delivery and this was accurately given. So thanks to the whole team as the sofa is good too!

We bought 2 Chairs from Paul at the sofa shop in Fareham, the Sherbourne Style.
We had a problem with one of the Chairs I contacted Paul sorted it out straight away, I was recommended this shop from a friend whom also bought the same chairs,
From the beginning to the end of buying the Chairs the customer service was excellent, and I do not hesitate to recommend just4sofas to anyone, shop here first before you go anywhere else..

from start to finish we had excellent service, we were shown the furniture and what they were made of, Paul kept us up todate on all the information we needed. The armchairs we have bought are excellent and we would highly recommend buying from Just4sofas. The two delivery men Tyler and Ben couldnt have done a better job and were on time .

Having had months of issues with other furniture retailers, we looked for a local company who we hoped we could trust. Paul has gone above and beyond with keeping us informed and providing the furniture on time. The online store is massive, with so much choice and the local store is small and friendly, with enough ranges to ensure that the recliner chairs are comfortable and exactly to your specifications. The order was taken accurately and delivery time was less than promised. Any questions and Paul is on hand as a direct contact and nothing is too much trouble. The furniture received is perfect, well made and of top rate quality. I would highly recommend using this company and would personally not consider going anywhere else now.

Never asked or informed me of weight issue soon changed when made complaint please read trustpliot reveiws of La-z-boy I Would have not purchased items very poor

Has per email to you and la-z-boy what you offered in the form was a load of rubbish you know that the form was a brush off and you would be in the same boat later you soon change your tune when raising issues. Has you said to me and put in your replys due to my weight, do you ask customers when they come into your shop about weight you know you dont because you would lost sales and no one would by the items very poor standards
You and La-z-boy, should make any customers aware of this and should not think you extra / quality items and comfort when pay more for them and yes i am over weight but thats due to a health issue where i nearly died and have health issues so shame on you for disclosing and mentioning that. how dare you

Good company to deal with. Excellent sofas. Delivered with care and removed all packaging.
