It’s a great company

It’s a great company, with cheap products, I spoke with their customer service to cancel my subscription as I couldn’t afford it any longer the account was cancelled, the representative I was speaking with was Bryan and he delt with it greatly

Scam Site Looked Like ordering power tool

UPDATE 28th OCT 2025 - Company has continuously contacted me to request I remove the review - I’ve asked they stop contacting me but still continue to contact!

I was ordering a Dewalt Power Tool online, searched via google the item looked completely legitimate and when i went through to purchase it made me authorize payment with my bank again thinking it was for a power tool I did. Turns out to be a scam site which I now have got credits for. They wouldnt refund me which is a total scam!!! After begging for a refund and not leaving chats I got a refund but BEWARE at all costs!!
