Paul was very helpful, accommodating and flexible; really appreciated his assistance and clear explanations.

I couldn't understand the agent very well due to language barrier, and when I asked him to repeat, he talked over me and made everything more confused. He was hard to follow and acted as if I was stupid, but after each sentence he said "perfect", even though it was definitely not perfect. The process was too long and cumbersome and felt lik I was being rushed.

Scam unfortunately. They ring you after booking and say your seats that you just booked are unavailable. This happened to me even though it had been an hour since I booked the flight. They also separated the payments to hide the fact that they’re keeping the extra. Also make you stay on the phone to give them a good review so this happens to more people in the future. Sad :(

I booked my ticket and got confirmation via email. While away my flight was changed and I received no email about the earlier departure time and missed my flight. The staff blamed the airline, and they airline said we email website and out all changes.. and they are auppost to inform the passenger. While on the phone the agent asked me to search my email and junk mail with the booking conf number. I only received the original email from date of purchase... No email about a change. I was given no refund or new flight option and they wanted to charge me $800 for a one way ticket.... A ticket that cost me $680 RT. I had to.search and book an entire new flight with another company and airline. I will not use this company again to buy tickets.

Don't waste your money, this place is a scam!!! Use at your own risk. I bought a ticket through them in February 2026 for a trip from NYC -> Paris in May. When I went to check in for my flight, I saw that my return date had been changed....without my knowledge or confirmation. And I only found out as I was about to check in for my flight. I immediately got on the phone with them which started a week long saga of being put on hold, being told to wait 24-48hrs that they were working on it.

In the end, nothing happend...they've stuck me with a return date that was not what I paid for and not what I wanted...if I leave Paris earlier than I planned I lose the money for the program and accommodation I paid for in Paris, but it's too expensive to buy a new ticket now for my original.

Their consolation was the offer to cancel my ticket and give me a refund of $130, knowing full well that the cheapest last minute ticket from Paris to NYC is now around $700. What a joke!

At one point, their customer service guy started yelling at me because I suggested going through my credit card company to dispute the service, as the ticket I'm stuck with is not what I paid for. When I asked him to calm down, he got mad and hung up on me. I recorded the call so I have proof!

They did acknowledge that the change happened on their end but suggested that it was a "computer error". I asked multiple times why I couldn't be moved back to my original flight, but they could not give me an answer.

Again, this place is a scam and I would not recommend you go through them to book any flight tickets. If you do, do so at your own risk.

Tina was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She helped me understand and get help with a refund from where the 1st person didn't do as they were supposed to do.

This is my first time using just air. Every other site that I’ve used, once I click on the booking it’s actually booked. So to have a rep, call me back to confirm and do payment which I thought was already done was a little bit stressful to say the least, and had me questioning the aite’s validity. But Paul helped me feel comfortable and helped me to get the booking that I wanted and I appreciated his help.

Paul gave me a great price deal for three travelers at end of September. Usually around that time it is quite expensive. But I got a great deal package and definitely will call them again in the future!

When I made my booking, there was a small issue where my return flight option was no longer available. Paul helpfully walked me through my options and not only helped get me the flight I wanted, but was willing to work through some other technical obstacles to ensure my flight was confirmed. I appreciated Paul's help and dedication to great service!

Total Scum! They give you a rate on the website, they take your credit card information and then hold you hostage until someone call you only to inform you the rate will be higher.

This is a SCAM “company” they will call you few minutes after you purchase your ticket saying that you need to pay extra to get seats together which a lie. You don’t need to pay anything extra they’re just extorting you for money and you call next day the will hang up on you.
