The second time I've used this great little company for our parkrun milestone bibs. Range of colours is just right, ordering is simple, price is good - even for a single item - and quick delivery all reasons for repeat ordering. Very happy to use again and recommend.

Customer service needs alot of attention. Took my order nearly 2 weeks to arrive no email to say why and when I emailed chasing I had no reply no apology but my order turned up the next day!

We are sorry you don't feel suitably informed. Our notification emails are automated, no one else has reported not receiving them, perhaps they went in your spam folder? We did notify your group contact that there was a small delay at that time, it sounds like you didn't receive this from them. Your order was sent 2 days over our normal "3 working days" target.
