No use for tax advice
I submitted a question related to tax advise for a £10 trial fee. It took longer than 15 minutes for a tax “expert” to join the chat but her advice was useless and she didn’t have much in-depth knowledge about the particular tax area. I’m glad I did not opt for a call at £44, would have been a waste of money. Cannot comment if this platform is any good for other types of services, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it for finance/tax enquiries.
