Initially
Initially, our order was lost in transit by UPS. Just bats sent a new one and filed claim with the UPS. We were happy.
About two months later our bat “supposedly” showed up… We are out of town. I now have phone calls from just bats, threatening to take action. What the HECK!!!!!!!!!!! We didn’t ask for any of this.
