Account closed, funds withheld, no real response

JustBet closed my account on 19 February 2026 due to a “management decision” and told me to submit KYC documents and a verification video in order to withdraw my remaining balance.
I submitted everything immediately. Since then, the KYC department has provided no meaningful response, no confirmation that my documents were accepted, and no clear timeframe for resolution.
My remaining balance of EUR 8,958.71 was later confirmed by live chat, but I still have no access to my funds.
After repeated follow-ups, the only replies I received were vague one-line messages stating that the case is “under investigation” or “under review”, without any explanation of what is supposedly being investigated.
At this point, the process does not look transparent or professional. It looks like a deliberate delay tactic.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious about keeping funds with this bookmaker.

They scam you doing noending kyc process.

Hello, I have an account on justbet.co JB271795,

that it is a sister company of bookmaker.eu.

I uploaded photos to my personal account, a notification came from that the documents were accepted. During verification to open a withdrawal of funds, they asked to send photos to the email kyc department.

I did this almost 3 weeks ago (22/03/2025), then sent again a month later, but there is still no answer.

I have contacted justbet support many times, and they have said that they have no time frame for this procedure or that I can contact the verification department. But more than three weeks have passed and the matter has not moved forward. I think this is abnormal.

so kyc don't answer. I wrote few days ago, they didn't answer. I wrote a week ago or two ago, they didn't answer.

In my opinion they do that on purpose, playing this never ending KYC games to frezze my money (19000 PLN) for no reason.

So now i need to find help on casinoguru.com and avoid people from using this site justbet.co
