Delivery dumped at the bottom of the road
Delivery was slower than expected and just dumped at the bottom of the road.
Luckily although the box was ruined the contents were ok

Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into the tracking. These goods were collected on the 5th (day of order). the tracking also shows attempted delivery, on the 6th:
Unable to deliver, calling card left - 01672541
Calling Card Left SMS notification sent.
These were then delivered the next day, which was the earliest opportunity.
The image shows delivery by the door in great condition. I'm not sure what has gone wrong here. Id be grateful of some more information so I can speak with DPD

Strange feedback to be honest.
The cart is completed after postage is added.
It is then the buyers decision whether to proceed. We don't hold customers to ransom.
We simply pass over DPDs charges to ship on a next day delivery.
Excellent service
Excellent service. Bags arrived very quickly. They are really strong and in a easy to dispense box, no struggling to separate bags on a roll.
