The worst delivery.
I've received a notification that my parcel would arrive between 12 AM and 2 PM but it arrived at 11 AM and I wasn't there to pick up the call and then they left.
This is really annoying since I've been waiting for this since the week before.

And again "Justbob" the truth is different personally I had contact with a courier company, the driver who left the package in the wrong place somewhere outside came again and showed where he left it. But unfortunately the package disappeared, which I informed "JUSTBOB". As well as there are no problems with sending to Ireland orders are delivered from other stores offering CBD e.g. Spain, France, Italy Portugal. Customs informs the recipient if the package was stopped and there was no such thing here. I will write again 15 shipments by courier company "UPS" which is a professional company from "JUSTBOB" were delivered. From the moment "JUSTBOB" started sending in my opinion the worst courier in Europe the problems began. I know what I'm writing because I own an online store and I was tempted by a cheap offer from a given company, but my cooperation with that company ended after two weeks after complaints about deliveries from my customers. I will also add that the opinions on the "JUSTBOB" website are only shown positive, and I know this because I and several other people left negative opinions and these opinions never appeared on the "JustBob" website.And strangely enough, looking at the star ratings on the JUSTBOB website, they are very similar to TRUSTPILOT where the final score is a big difference, for those interested it is worth taking a look.

This is a total scam, you save money but end up throwing away the product: flowers are old and extra dry, extracts smell chemical and sparkle a lot. Better alternatives exist, e.g. Spanish companies proved to be more serious!

I wrote on their facebook page thinking of placing an order from there, they sent me back to the site and in the end I had phone support to place the order correctly as they could not do it for me.
In the end, the shipment took longer than it should have: it arrived bout 3 days afyer I placed the order (not counting the weekend).
I find the price really low, the quality is quite good.
Fot the attention and professionalism I leave a five star rating, and I will definitely buy again!

Discusting bad experience
5 October 2024 I bought 50g of small buds mix and 5g of bubblegum, came in 24h hours but.. everything came spoiled and unfit for consumption. From the smell, to the appearance, consistency, etc. It was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Furthermore, on the Justbob website they do not publish bad reviews. Be very careful and do not be fooled.

Very Disappointed with Product Quality
I made two separate orders on September 16th, 2024, and was very disappointed with the quality of the products.
First Order:
GELATO CBD BOOST (50g) – 54,00€
HQ CBD BOOST (5g, Small Buds) – 11,00€
Sieved Free Sample (10g) – Free
Subtotal: 65,00€
Second Order:
ZKITTLES CBG (50g) – 47,25€
NEPALESE (20g) – 21,60€
Sieved Free Sample (10g) – Free
Subtotal: 68,85€
Both orders were extremely underwhelming. The buds from both the CBD and CBG strains were small, dry, and lacked the expected quality, especially considering the price point. Even though the free sieved samples were included, they didn’t make up for the poor overall quality of the main products.
I expected a much higher standard for the amount I paid, and I regret choosing this company. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Second time ordering in this website, both with very bad experience with the product.
Rotten buds, very strong ammonia smell in every product. Clearly old stock.
When contacted, they discard all the responsabilities and said the product was in good condition.
They recently started stating the product is not for consumption, but they refer different aromas, different potencies, and we all know that people use CBD for consumption due the relaxing effects.
In this case, you're saying that your product is in perfect conditions, and it's controlled by the authorities to comply with the regulations, at the same time you're saying that we shouldn't be consuming it. Kind of non sense.
Why should people buy high CBD strains if its only for decorations? This is ridiculous, I wish I could send it back and get my money, but they don't even offer that option.
They don't took responsabilities for it, it's a health issue and honestly I don't understand how a company like this continues to operate legally.
Very bad experience, and they will not see the colour of my money again.
Don't buy in this website unless you want to get sick.
