i bought 100 grams of hash and it was the worst cbd hash i experienced. i have tried other cbd hashes so i know what to expect. i shared it with my friends and all of them agreed that it is utterly useless. when i wrote justbob about it i was told that the 2 weeks refund time had expired and they suggested that i didnt know how to use their product. they could only offer me a 10 percent discount which i dont need as i dont need a discount on something that is useless. i basically paid 190 euros for playdough. justbob keep boasting the testing of their products but they are clearly just a dropshipping company that never see the product they are selling. some people seem to have good experience so i guess its a gamble what you get.

Bad customer service (orderd on sunday), sent an email an hour later, after reading the fake reviews here on Trustpilot, that I would like to cancel my order. This morning I received an email, saying this isnt possible anymore (when would that have been possible then?????).

Out of curiosity I opened the package and I have to admit that the quality is decent!!! Don't know if I would order again, but the product is good!

Yo ! Cette fois j'ai testé la Mango Haze à 19,50% et la California small buds à 24%, pour la Mango Haze plutôt pas mal, le goût est légèrement fruité et acidulé, agréable a fumer, j'ai eu le droit a une belle tête dans le lot de petite tête 👍

a very very good site they deliver quality buds to a good price compared to many other sites in eu... fast delivery also... only thing i can think about thats negative about there site is they send you a keychain whith every delivery? where other sites might throw in a 2x3g test pack of other products they have when you order big..

I placed an order on the 26th of April and I did not receive a follow-up email with my tracking number after 3 days had passed so I decided to contact them on Facebook. They sent me my "tracking" number but all they've done is actually create a label, UPS doesn't have my package and it has been a week.

I tried to contact them again both by email and on Facebook and they haven't replied at all. I wanted to place large orders in the future from them but this is a very disappointing experience.

**EDIT*** 5/5/2021- I contacted them via telephone and they picked up immediately. The issue was sorted out and my order is on the way. I'll update this review again once I have it in my hands.

Decent buds, great customer support and fast delivery.

I bought two bags of 100 grams, and after 2 month I opened the second bag so that it would not dry out, but surprisingly, it was full of brown sticks and herbs.
Trash in every sense of the word, with no smell of weed, pain in the head when I tried it.
I contacted them, but the answer is that they do not return an open bag, or after more than a month.
How do I know what's in it if I don't open it???

The problem is that the return can be made no later than 30 days after the order is received.

The product is very good. But the packaging is a disaster. One tiny plastic box wrapped in two different sheets of plastic, which is in a HUGE box (you could fit like 20 times the product in this box). And the box itself was wrapped in plastic again.
This is the reason why I won't buy any more products from just bob.

I love JustBob! I have ordered the Sieved Bubblegum for about 4 times now and it always arrives really quickly and for the price it is really good. I have recommended it to all my friends and they are also super pleased with it! Highly recommend. The only thing that I think could be improved is their packaging, I understand that it needs to be discreet, but it feels like a lot of plastic waste. Maybe there could be a more eco friendly solution :)
