Terrible product. Frequenct drop outs. App constasntly freezes. Unreliable voice line. However you could tolerate it if there was good service.. I made the mistake of purchasing the annual plan and am locked in. Would definitely avoid if youre an australia customer. Plenty of better alternatives.

While the problem was eventually resolved, the process took longer than expected and required multiple calls with the support team. Avoid Justcall
We were customers with justcall for over a year. We entertained upgrading our plan to a higher subscription. Was promised functionality they did not have and had to use complicated workarounds to make things half-work. I decided to cancel the upgrade 1 day after signing and they threatened me with legal action. We are moving to their competitors over at Aloware as they provide the exact same service for half the cost with better customer support.
Excellent Customer Support
The support was great getting our 10LC SMS campaign off the ground. Basil, in particular was the best. Couldn’t have done it without that man. Bravo.

BEST thing I've done
I was previously using a different phone system, wasn't doing the things I wanted. Eventually decided to change to JustCall on advice from someone, it has been the BEST thing I have done for my business. Integrating into my CRM was seamless and the product is great, call quality is fantastic and the AI summary of calls is game changing. Love it. Special shout out to Surya who helped with porting of one of my numbers and some other stuff as well, was great to deal with. Thanks Surya + JustCall Team!!!
I would not recommend
I would not recommend. It is indeed a power dialer, but it loads up to 10 contacts at once and then dials them all. It waits until the last line is off a call until it loads up another 10 calls. So, many times most of the 10 lines are sitting idle. Also, between the time that a prospect answers the phone and the call is sent to an agent, it plays a ringing sound to the prospect. So people are answering the phone, hearing a bizarre ringing sound, and then hanging up before the agent even speaks. That is crazy. We used it for one day and then gave up on it. The only good thing that it does is that it has excellent voicemail detection and VM dropping capability. Although we know that almost 0% of voicemails are returned for sales calls.

Almeen and the support team at JC worked to not only understand the issue that we encountered, but to also create a fix for it!
They were fast and efficient, and even got on a call with me so I could share my screen to show them when they couldn't replicate the issue on their end.
This team has gone above and beyond with the [very few] issues we've had and we appreciate them very much!
