Forst order of "fresh tuna" from thd company. cost £50 but very poor quiity. Accepted I had bee "juast caught out" But clearit had been frozen and thawared multiple time. Dry and taseless despite using a temparture frob.
I did send in a complainy but did not receive any response. Also put a comment on their facebook page and they invited we contact them- marketing ploy, I was not contacted. o, proceed with caution.

I have been ordering a monthly supply of fish from Justcaught for nearly 2 years and been delighted with the quality every time. All fish received has been so fresh, perfectly prepared, and very generously portioned. Ive used a number of online fishmongers and they are the best by far for quality and value. They have also always been very reliable as well as very helpful when contacting them. Their website is also very well designed and user friendly. Ive always eaten fish but now, thanks to this company, i enjoy a much wider range and much more frequently - 2 or 3 times a week. If portions wrapped in clingfilm then freezer bags, all fish from them is just aa good when defrosted so i always order enough to qualify for the free postage.

My crabmeat was in a tub from Indonesia whereas it's advertised being from Devon or Cornwall. Tasted awful so will not be ordering again.

From start to finish, the dining experience was top-notch. I began with the crab cakes, which were crispy on the outside and filled with tender, flavorful crab meat. Each bite was a delight!

For my main course, I ordered the swordfish steak. It was grilled perfectly and served with a side of roasted vegetables that were seasoned just right. The combination of flavors was simply unforgettable.

The ambiance of the restaurant is charming, with soft lighting and ocean-inspired decor. Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. We capped off our meal with their signature tiramisu, which was light and airy—just the way it should be. I can’t wait to come back!

My recent order was dispatched in 2 boxes, one of which arrived late. In the 2nd box was frozen prawns which had partially defrosted. I tried contacting the company but the phone was unanswered and they ignored my emails. I have ordered before from JustCaught and my orders were ok. However, given the complete lack of customer service from them when there's an issue means they'll never get my custom again.

Raised an issue with PayPal who were also ignored by the vendor and eventually a decision was made in my favour and I was refunded for the spoilt prawns.
I'm still not going to buy from them again. There's plenty more fish in the sea as they say!

Disappointing first experience. Order arrived in one box with inadequate ice packs meaning the frozen items had to be thrown out. I’m questioning whether to eat the fresh fish. No reply from their info@ email. Won’t be using them again.

Have used this company several time with no problems. My last two deliveries arrived in a terrible state, not enough ice pack and not fresh. Phoned three times leaving message no reply then sent email no reply. Shame use to be good, will never use again.

I ordered seafood from justcaught.co.uk, including fresh tuna, sea bass, frozen octopus, and frozen calamari, totalling £57. The company promises next-day delivery for freshness, but my order took over 24 hours to arrive and spent most of that time in the DPD depot.

When the order finally arrived, the frozen items were completely thawed, and the fresh fish wasn't fresh. I had to immediately cook the octopus to salvage it, but the calamari was binned due to safety concerns. The fresh tuna had to be fully cooked, which was not my initial plan. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for a refund, I received no response.

I placed this small order despite seeing recent bad reviews, as I had a great experience with them in the past. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. Ordering from justcaught.co.uk is now a health risk due to poor handling and their nonexistent customer service. I cannot recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again. I will also be contacting customer protection authorities to report this issue.

Haven't tried a big range but so far everything has been good quality and as advertised. An issue with a delivery that went wrong (through courier's fault a parcel got lost) was resolved with a full refund!

I’m not sure why this company has such poor reviews.
I’ve been buying from them for a while now, and have had no issues.
Normally I buy sea trout, which is, in my view, the best fish you can buy.
It comes beautiful prepared in a cool box, just love it.
If I could post a photo of the fish delivered today, I would!!

I requested a change on my order at least three times, using the email provided in the orders, and Just cought never come back to me.

Please avoid them at all cost.

I ordered fresh plaice, it arrived yesterday and I noticed it smelt a bit funny and when I examined it, I found the fish to be very sticky and it was not as fresh as expected, so it went into the food recycling, and this also happened on my last order a weeks ago, I complained on this order and kindly recieved my money back, but that is not the point, the point is that fish which through my experience that looks like my order I had yesterday can give severe food poisioning and can even cause death, so buyers beware when buying plaice from this company.

I have used this company for at least 5 years and never had a problem. It is true all my orders have been large octapus or baby octapus. but always delivered on time and have to say I love this for a snack !! Hope with the next order I will include some scallops and Oysters as well. lovely . Thank you JUSTCAUGHT.

Cooked two pieces of Just Caught snapper together.
One was nice, the other was like rubber. Won't be buying again

I have been using this company during lockdown and have ordered mostly tuna, swordfish and scallops. The tuna and swordfish are delivered as a loin (fresh not frozen)so you can cut into appropriate sizes to suit. Our favourites are the scallops and the fantastic swordfish, marinated with fresh lemon juice and black pepper and flash fried they are every bit as good as you will get in any restaurant. Just finished last delivery and will be ordering in the next few weeks. Highly recommended

Ordered a week ago and have had no communication. No reply to emails or voice messages.

I have used this company many times in the past and throughout lockdown, they have been great. I ordered last week expecting delivery midweek but heard nothing. Left VM and messages and had no responses. Something has happened i think, do not order until you can get through to them. Money had been taken but no delivery.
