We have used the sleep courses up to the 6-9 months, first with our now 2 year old and now with our 5 month old. Both have completely different temperaments. We are currently gently 'sleep traini... See more

After researching approaches to help my 8 month old sleep better, I bought the 6-9 month course for £45. My daughter was getting up about 5-6 times a night and was needing to be fed to sleep as she wasn’t able to settle to sleep herself. I was reluctant to pay a lot of money that many of the sleep therapist/coach’s charge as I felt I was doing a lot to optimise sleep- white noise, blackout blind, consistent routine. I watched a free masterclass from another sleep coach but had been doing all the things included in the free masterclass. I wanted sleep to improve but didn’t mind spending £45 & feel it was worth it as on night 1 my daughter settled herself to sleep within an hour and woke up once which had never happened before. Night 2 she woke twice and night 3 slept through. I didn’t expect to see dramatic results on night 1. Really happy with the advice on settling which is what I needed. The videos were short & easy to access.

I do not say this lightly that Just Chill Mama saved my life and my sanity! first bought the online course in 2021 following having my first baby who was quite frankly an awful sleeper. We were so sleep deprived that my marriage was suffering we were miserable and i had PPD. Bought the course in desperation as thought what do we have to loose for £45. Well first night we tried it my 8 month old awful sleeper slept through the night and has pretty much done so since that night and she will be 3 in 3 weeks! We do have blips and periods of unsettled sleep but simply following the basics of the course and were back on track! I never imagined ever having another child however we now have a beautiful 10 month old who has been a dream sleeper since 8 months again thanks to Just Chill Mama! You have given us confidence, our sanity back and a happy marriage again. My husband even suggested getting a statue of you in our front garden :)

I bought 2 courses with my first baby in 2020 and helped getting her to sleep better, we had to work hard with her as we were learning too, she consistently slept through from 14 months old. With our second baby, I felt so much more confident and empowered that sleep would make us a happy family we set good sleep habits and associations from a few months old and it has been so much easier, I know every baby is different but re capping with your course has helped us, she has now slept 11 hours for 7 nights straight in her own room since turning 6 months old!! She’s not very good at sleeping in the pram if we have a day out but it luckily hasn’t affected her night sleep 🤞🏼Thank you and long may the sleep last 💜

We re-started using Rosey’s methods after thinking we’d cracked our son’s sleep when he was 4 months old. Fast forward to 7 months and we’d ended up losing much more sleep than when he was a newborn. We’re now 5 days into starting again and have had the most sleep since he was born. He’s now going up to 7 hours at night before needing a feed, goes to sleep in his cot on his own for both daytime naps and bed time. His day time sleep is also so much better and much more predictable. I am so so glad it works, and would say to anyone either considering it or has just started to persevere! It really is life changing and I’d recommend it to anyone needing help with sleep!

We completed the 0-5 course and my little boy sleept through since he was 4m old & I couldn’t recommend the course enough to anyone it taught me so much. Sleep is everything

Can’t recommend these courses enough.
We have used for both of our babies and have SUCH good sleepers. I do believe some of it is down to their calm temperaments and sleep needs, BUT the self settling and going to bed happy and awake is amazing.
Don’t spend money on anything else as a new parent!!!

I purchased a 2 week support package to help my 11month old with night wakings and short second naps . All I can say is sarah was fantastic !! Surprised me how quick she would get back to all our messages . She understood exactly what we wanted and gave us a brand new routine which I must admit I was skeptical about but surely in a few days we had our little one sleeping through the night and having a consistent nap routine. I can’t thank her enough , she was approachable , helpful and most importantly none judgmental and helped us navigate through this journey .
Best money we have ever spent ! We have our happy boy back and mum and dad well rested :)
Thank you !

Used her free tips with my first born and that was enough to get him sleeping through . Second born was tougher as he had health problems , 2 small changes from the course which I forgot from my first and he’s sleeping so much better sometimes he sleeps through or could just be one wake up . Biggest worry is my first born will be woken up and now that fear is nearly gone amazing !!!!

The 0-5 course has given me so much confidence with my first baby, I had no idea where to start and it held my hand throughout the early days and beyond, teaching me about my baby's rhythms and routines. It's very user friendly, easy to follow and it's also great for learning about what's coming up next!

I bought the potty training course. It was so easy to digest and understand. My nearly 3 year old, fiercely opinionated daughter smashed having a wee in a day and number twos followed shortly after. She’s since become dry overnight and is a little star. A great course. Highly recommend. Because of my lifetime access to it, I’ll be refreshing my memory when the time comes for my son too. Bargain!

Honestly this was the best thing we did! The 4 month sleep regression hit us at 3 and a half months and was horrendous, feeding to sleep, taking hours to get her to sleep, 5/6 wake ups a night, I even ended up co sleeping which I didn’t intend on doing so we did the 6-9 month course in preparation for putting our daughter in her own room at 6 months. We thought the options for how far you wanted to go were great so felt better that we could go as gentle as we wanted with the sleep training. It took us 8 days to see a massive improvement. She’d fall asleep on her own in her cot and the night wakes for feeds went down to two, then one and at 9 and a half months she slept through and has been an amazing sleeper ever since. She’s now almost two and we’re hoping to implement what we learned with our second. It was a complete game changer for us and we’re forever grateful as it gave us our evenings back and meant I wasn’t completely exhausted. Highly recommend and thank you so much!

We’ve used the 6-18 month sleep course and the potty training course, both have been amazing. My almost 3 year old nailed potty training in 4 days and has been accident free and very confident since. The sleep training took my 6 month old breastfed baby from waking every 45 mins to 1 wake per night from the first night of training, to then sleeping through 7-6 from about 8 months. It’s not an exaggeration to say this course saved my life and made me a much better parent.

Followed the 0-6 and 6-12m course, my little girl co slept and woke every 2 hrs for first 6months, we were broken, followed the courses from 6months old and moved her to her own room and it only took a couple of nights to see an improvement, I was confident to support her to sleep with out the rocking etc, but not leaving her to cry she now sleeps pretty much 7-7 (she is 18m old) useful tools and tips to help better sleep for everyone

I worked with Sarah & I honestly feel a bit like she saved my life! I was exhausted, so rundown, trying to get back to full time work on such little sleep with a 1year old that needed to be on me for most of the night. I was close to complete burn out.
With tweaks to his routine he slept a whole night in his own bed on the first night and within just under 2 weeks he’s sleeping 7:15-6:45 (through a double ear infection and his molars coming through). All with very little upset from him.
As a welcome side effect my toddler is now also now sleeping in her own bed all night and waking at 7am!
THANK YOU xx

Within 2 nights our little one was sleeping better and napping better and all in her cot. So easy to follow, good small bite size information and easy to go back to

After a 1:1 call with Sarah, within 5 days we went from having absolutely no routine and breastfeeding baby to sleep for all naps, to having a routine that worked for us all and enabled baby to get themselves off to sleep. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've used the Just Chill Sleep baby courses since my LO turned 6 months (wish I found them earlier) and they really have been the best thing we've done. They're really flexible and supportive. It hasn't been easy and my LO is very very sensitive, so changes haven't been so quick as others I've seen. But i like that you can do things at your own pace/ gradually and when we go through a difficult patch we can refer back to what we've learnt from the courses. My LO is now 2Y 9m and she's now really settled into sleeping well. It does get better! Some just take longer than others.

We did the course for my first born when she was 7 months old, totally changed our lives. She went from waking every couple of hours to sleeping 7-7. We then bought the potty training course for her when the time was right and it gave me and my husband the confidence to go for it, took two weekends but she smashed it! (Took abit longer to poo in the potty but I heard from friends they had the same issue). We had our son 11 months ago and used the sleep techniques we learnt from the course and he now sleeps 7-6 every night and has 2 good naps a day. This all happened from about 6 months old. Both me and husband feel like ourselves again with our full nights sleep. Thank you!

We both have a demanding full time job and an older child so getting into a good routine and making sure we all slept was really important. We did the 6-9 course and a 1:2:1 call to just iron out some early waking. Both worked a treat. We’ve got the 10-18 month course and that’s great for a routine and working out when to drop to 1 nap. I recommend this to any new mums/parents and found the courses really easy to digest too

Thought it was about time I wrote a review for you since using your 0-4m and 6-9m courses for our son who is now 3y4m old. Once they’re over chicken pox we’ll be using your 6-9m course with our daughter who’s just turned 6m!
The courses were absolutely life changing with our little boy. We implemented good sleep habits and routine with our boy early on because he was a covid lockdown baby and we knew we’d need some routines to stick to in order to protect everyone’s sanity!
He was exclusively breastfed and with your courses I was able to continue feeding him until he self weaned at 15 months.
We used the WIT method from your courses once we moved him into his own room at 6/7ish months and on the first night it took him about 40 mins and 4 visits from me to get himself off to sleep. From that point he woke 2/3 times a night which was much more sustainable than the hourly wakes and at 11 months he started to sleep through the night 7-7 and he still does that now with the exception of illness 🩵
Our daughter is a much more sensitive child and an allergy baby so often experiences digestive discomfort so we are just gearing up to do the course with her because I’m not sure she’ll be as easy. Will be sure to come back and update my review when we’re knee deep in it with her 💖
Ps - I tell all my Mama friends about you and tag them in your page and let them know about the courses we’ve used and they love your content and approach too xxx
