We have used the sleep courses up to the 6-9 months, first with our now 2 year old and now with our 5 month old. Both have completely different temperaments. We are currently gently 'sleep traini... See more

We are currently a few days into the 6-9 month year old course.
This has been utterly life changing for us. Before the course I was really struggling with no sleep and I had no time with my partner. Now our baby has slept through the night for the last few days and we finally have our relationship and life back!
I cannot thank you enough. I highly recommend this course to anyone. Don’t hesitate , just do it!

I used the 6-9 month course and baby went from crying and upset before bed, wakening often through the night and not letting us leave the room. To self soothing and sleeping 10.5 - 12 hours a night! She still does!

We originally purchased a sleep course when our now 6 year old was 2 years old. Our youngest is now 2 years 8 months, she has been a very good sleeper, she has self settled since about 8 months and slept 12-13 hours at night! About a month ago, she started refusing the day nap so we had ‘quiet time’ instead, as suggested by Just Chill Baby Sleep. However, bedtimes were becoming more and more painful, with some nights taking up to 2 hours for her to settle and us continually returning her to her bed. We removed the cot bed sides in November but I feel like she had just discovered she could get out!!! We were also getting night wakes, anything between midnight and 5am. Some nights were just 10 minutes of returning her but many were 2 hours!!! We were all exhausted (and quite grumpy!) Then I remembered the sleep course I had purchased. To my delight I could log in to my account and still access the course again!!!! This was a huge relief! I continued with the return to bed method, repeating the same phrase and I am hopeful we are now coming out of this awful period. Last night she slept 7:20-6:20am, with no night wakes!!!!!! Thank you Just Chill Baby Sleep for allowing your purchased courses to still be accessible so long after purchasing and for all your free content on social media! What you do for so many parents is incredible!! Xx

Did the 6-9 months course with my first and after incredible results I decided to do the 0-5 months course shortly before my daughter was born in November. She's slept 8 hours solidly since 8 weeks old. Now at 3 months old she sends herself to sleep at nap time and does about 10 hours overnight. We're very well rested and I've actually been able to enjoy the newborn stage to the fullest this time. Can't thank you enough!

Have used two of Rosie’s sleep courses on our 3 children. We got stuck in a feeding to sleep cycle with our first and didn’t know what we were doing so at 7 months we used the 6-9 month course and he slept through 3 nights later. He just stopped napping at the weekend after turning 4. We also potty trained him at 2 and a half using the course and it just clicked with him, ‘I listen to my body’ was the cutest thing.
Sleep with our second started off well but after moving country and some time in hospital, we implemented the 6-9month course and he is our dream sleeper, not even the chicken pox disrupted this child’s sleep, he loves it!
We’ve just had our third baby and could not be more grateful that the other two sleep 7-7. Weve started the 0-5month course as he’s a real cuddler and I’d like to be able to put him down to sleep especially having two others but it wasn’t working unless in the pram or car. Night two of using the course and last night he fell asleep in his Moses basket on his own with the dummy and tonight asleep without it.
All of the boys were breastfed too so didn’t have to compromise on that at all!

We bought the 6-9 month course back in 2020 when I had my first baby. He was either rocked or fed to sleep for the first 6 months and was still waking multiple times a night. I was a walking zombie so took the plunge and bought the course and it was the best thing we did. It was hard to start with but perseverance is key. My little boy preferred the in room settling techniques but within a week I was able to leave the room and he settled to sleep for both bedtime and naps within minutes. He went from multiple wakes to 1 feed a night until 10 months then slept through and has done since, he’s now almost 4!
When my second came along, he was an amazing sleeper as a newborn until we hit the 4 months regression. I referred back to the course at 6 months but it took us a lot longer this time round to crack sleep, most probably due to more naps on the go due to school runs and actually being able to socialise this maternity leave! I had to take a much more gradual approach but he’s now settling for naps and night wakes are a lot less frequent.
The course is great to refer back to and I found more information had been added when going through it for the second time.
The free resources shared through the social media page and the blogs have also helped massively!
Best money I spent, I actually feel human again! Sleep is so important, totally worth the investment !

I bought the 6-9 month course when my first child was almost 6 months. He’d never been a good sleeper and had had about 3 months of hourly wakes, with the only way to settle him being feeding him back to sleep. I felt like a shell of myself, could feel my mental health declining and was so fed up hearing about all the other babies I knew who “slept through the night”.
Our first night using the course was tough and we didn’t get a lot of sleep. Our second night (which happened to be NYE), my 6 month old slept 7-7. It was like magic! Bar a few blips since (he’s now 2.5) with early waking, I can confidently say he’s a really good sleeper. We bought the 10-18 month course to help with nap transitions and early waking which was really helpful.
When I was pregnant with my second child last year, I was determined that she would be a better sleeper than my first. I bought the book and the 0-5 course and have been working on setting good foundations for her sleep. She hasn’t yet slept through the night, which I’m fine with at 3 months, but we have been working hard at setting good sleep associations and so far she is a much better sleeper than her brother.
I now love Mondays when I can listen to the latest episode of the podcast (have already recommended an episode to a friend!) and have used the potty training course to get my toddler out of nappies (a success!!)
I love the just chill baby community; it stretches wider than just sleep. I firmly believe all of Rosey’s advice has helped my babies so much and has helped me become a better parent.
I wish this sort of sleep advice was offered by health visitors and spoken about more to all people becoming first time parents. It’s been invaluable for us but wish I’d found it sooner with my first.
Thank you ❤️

Purchased the 0-5 month course and the dummy guide after our 5 month old having multiple night wakings due to the reliance on her dummy to fall asleep. We decided to go cold turkey with the dummy and after using the advice from the dummy guide for a week combined with the self settling tools and routine from the 0-5 month course our little girl has started to fall asleep independently leading to less night wakings, you would never think she even had a dummy! Amazing thank you for your courses ! Xx

I downloaded the Dummy Guide as sleep started to become a real issue for our 4 month old. As advised in the guide, we gradually reduced the use of a dummy and kept it just for naps/sleep. After a couple of days doing this, I could already see she was losing interest so we went cold turkey. WHAT. A. DIFFERENCE. So glad I downloaded the guide for support as I was so scared to do this - she originally LOVED the dummy. She now naps like a dream and sleeps from 7-7. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the dummy guide. The confidence it gave both of us to deal with stopping the dummy completely was much appreciated!
We are now on day 4 and it’s been so much easier than we expected because of this guide! Highly recommend this to anyone who has a dummy loving child.

We spoke to Katie to help us with our eldest son back in 2021 and her suggestions worked wonders.
We recently then worked with Cleo for our youngest who was waking multiple times a night, often after a few minutes and feeding back to sleep wasn’t settling him.
Although a slower journey this time, Cleo has been right every time she’s suggested something. We went from countless feeds and rocking to just one feed a night within a week. We then dropped night feeds altogether and started having some nights sleeping through.
We then had colds and illness and got back into a habit of rocking and worked with Cleo again to look at settling along with some routine tweaks and we now have two children who are asleep by 7:30 each night, if not earlier, and sleep until 6/7 giving us a rested nights sleep. I found the WhatsApp support extremely useful to check in and can’t thank Cleo enough for going above and beyond to help us.
Sleep is by far the best investment we made with both kids and we now have so much more energy and patience as parents making a very happy family of four.
Thanks again x

I found Rosey’s account in the depths of sleep deprivation last year. I had always been apprehensive about the idea of ‘sleep training’ but I knew I had to make changes. I had to lunge or squat by baby to get her to sleep (exhausting!) and she’d only sleep on me during the day and would wake at times hourly overnight. I bought the 6-9 month course, tried implementing just a few bits of advice and it was a game changer. I then started following the suggested schedule and bought the 10-18 months course to help with nap transitions and we suddenly had a great sleeper. We’ve had blips in the road with early wakes, illness and teething but I’ve always referred back to the course or Rosey’s book and managed to get sleep back on track. I love that the courses are not one size fit all. They are empowering. They give you the knowledge and confidence to make decisions that are best for you and your baby when as (in my case) a sleep deprived, emotional mum you just don’t know what to do anymore. I now have an 18month little girl who gives me a kiss, a wave and a smile as I put her in her cot. She has a 2hour nap and sleeps for 11-12 hours overnight and I never thought that would be possible. I would recommend these courses to anyone and just wish I’d found the account sooner.

My daughter was a great sleeper from 3.5 months. 5.5 months hit and we were dealing with 5am wake ups. We were told by family and friends this is normal however I just knew this didn’t work for our family. Especially for our daughter, she was cranky. I had a 121 with Cleo and she honestly changed our lives. I have followed the settling suggestions and routines in the 6-9 months and 10-18 months. Tonight, my daughter sat up in her cot at 8:40 and was back off asleep within 5 minutes! I’m writing this at 9:30pm and haven’t heard a peep since. This isn’t like her but to have the confidence that she will settle herself is wonderful. She’s got her hands above her head, flat out with dummy hanging out of her mouth, proper zzzzzz. Thank you for giving me the confidence and teaching me to understand “regressions” aren’t to be feared. It’s just your baby needing the sleep adjusted to meet their needs. Not everyone understands what we have followed but what’s important is our baby girl is so happy and thriving and absolutely loves her sleep!

We thought our daughters sleep was beyond help, we went for the snooze package and loved the 1:1 call as it gave us the confidence to know that we were doing the right thing for our daughters age (17months) she went from co-sleeping to sleeping in her own cot for the whole night on day1 and now sleeps 11-12hrs a night. Best money we ever spent! Thank you!

Cannot recommend enough!
We did the Just Chill Baby Sleep course for 19 months - 4 year olds as a last resort before forking out for a 1:1 sleep consultant as we have truly exhausted all other options over the last 18 months since trying to get our little girl to sleep independently in her own room and we are also exhausted!
We changed her day time routine to follow the ideal routine in the programme and also followed the advice to turn off the screen 2 hours before bedtime and have a consistent, predictable evening routine. We chose the more gentle retreat method as she is only 23 months and we had been letting her fall asleep next to us for the last few months so didn’t want to blindside her. Within 4 days, she was sleeping through the night and self settling. To be totally transparent, we have had some wake ups the last two nights where she’s cried until we’ve intervened but literally she just takes one look at us and settles herself back down rather than being completely awake and taking 2-3 hours to go back down.
I truly cannot recommend enough, I can’t imagine how amazing the 1:1 consultations are as just the online course worked wonders for us! If you really stick with the advice given and are consistent, you will see results. I would just suggest going into it in the right frame of mind as those first few bedtimes can take a few hours!

We’ve used the sleep courses and they were so helpful. We used them for both of our children as guides of a schedule and how to teach them to self settle.
We then bought and used the potty training course over Christmas. WOW. It doesn’t over complicate things or make you over think it. We followed the advice completely and we had no accidents are day 2. We started on the 27th Dec and by the 1st Jan we were confident enough to get the train into central London for the day. No accidents since and we are now in feb. My son felt so proud of himself and the course really empowered us but also our son.
Thank you!

Have done 3 courses with just chill and the potty training. Highly recommend. We always wanted to gently sleep train and the courses allowed that perfectly. Potty training…. Only one accident before 2 poos and 2 wees in the potty on day 1. Amazing!

Our little boy had allergies and really bad reflux when he was younger. This resulted in wakes every hour and for the short periods he was asleep he refused to sleep anywhere but on me. Once we got his allergies/reflux under control, we used the course to help him learn to fall asleep in his own cot. After 2/3 days, he was able to do this and sleep for a chunk of 3-4 hours. This was life changing, as I got evenings to myself again and was able to eat dinner alone. Navigating around teething and illnesses we would revisit the methods and slowly but surely he slept for longer chunks and became easier to settle when he did wake. Now at 14 months he has one good nap a day, sleeps through the night, we no longer have early wakes and we weaned him off breastfeeding before bedtime with no fuss! (A complete surprise as he always found comfort there). I never imagined a year ago in the depths of sleep deprivation and thinking my boy would never sleep well, that he would actually want to climb into his sleeping bag every night, opposed to tears and battles.

We bought the 0-5 course with our second baby (after a terrible sleeper for our first) and he slept through from 4 months. Recently at 10 months he started to wake at 4am for a bottle. After 3 weeks of this I wanted to help him stop so bought the 10-18month course. I got it yesterday morning for half price, read it and implemented yesterday and he slept through again last night! Just like that. All it took was some tweaking of routine and the knowledge the course shared. And even though it sounds simple it’s not something we were able to work out alone. We needed the expertise of Rosey and her team and the course delivers just that.
At no point have we ever had to leave our little one to cry it out or be alone and upset. These courses simply teach you how to help your baby get the right sleep for them. I’m the happiest Mum the second time around because I sleep! Can’t believe it’s possible to help your baby to sleep better for the price of a take away! If you’re on the fence and looking through these reviews - do it!! You’ll never look back.

Agree with the recent poster below. Most of the advice in the courses is common sense. Essentially a scam which takes advantage of sleep deprived new parents. Avoid.
