Our car meet and greet at Heathrow happened as arranged. That's the end of the good news. When we returned, despite confirming by phone that we were 30 minutes away via baggage collection, we found our car had been left over an hour before, leaving us to pay a £20 car park bill. The keys were left on the front tyre and the parking ticket just inside... so anyone could have taken our car. WORSE STILL HOWEVER, we left our car with over half a tank of diesel. We should have had at least 400 miles range... ample to get home (having filled to the brim before we left for the airport). When we turned on the ignition we found, to our horror, the car fuel warning light was on with 20 miles range.. just enough to crawl to South Mimms services. THEN on getting home, we found a letter from Hounslow Borough Council fining us for driving in a no go zone. The event occurred MID WAY THROUGH OUR HOLIDAY. The car had obviously been driven illegally whilst we were away, hence using all of our fuel. We have sent evidence of the booking to Hounslow with a copy of our boarding cards and will be contacting the police. Do NOT trust your car to these crooks!!!!!!!

Just returned from a 6 week holiday. 1000 miles extra on my odometer. 2 speeding tickets. No response on the contact phone numbers, WhatsApp or email. Avoid this company !

Avoid, scammers

Car was driven whilst supposedly be at the car park, got bus lane ticket when we were on holiday. Upon arrival from holiday unable to communicate with the company and when finally answered very hostile and unhelpful.
Been texted postcode where car was left with keys on the tyre. Car was filthy inside, signs that fuel was drained with no fuel left.
Will report to the police AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam,scam,scam beware iam a disabled person who left my car and never received it back, the police are involved and insurance company hope they find out who the he'll you are.

Do not use Sure Parking cowboys is not meet and greet. Over 2abd galf hours for car to be brought back. They don't answer the he phone and hang up when you complain. Awful company

Car was collected and returned to the same area at Heathrow airport on time. Problem was the car absolutely stunk of cannabis. Driver did not answer the phone when rang to complain and they haven't answered the complaint email. I want to know how to get rid of the smell. Had to drive home with windows open on a cold day. My daughter thinks they had used my car to courier cannabis around in my absence. It still smells 3 days later.

Nightmare to get hold of from the start. Options were to either be left stranded at Heathrow Airport or make our own way home as car not returned! Some driver had the key and had to go to hospital....(Apparently) Caught a train home at own cost! Was told that the car would be returned back to home address that evening but then come up with another excuse so had to make our own way to Reading to collect the car the following day....otherwise i dont think we would of seen the car again!! ( Totalling upto £300 out of our own pockets). Said they were going to issue a refund but not answering my messages or phone calls!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Questioned them and got a very hostile phone call . I’ve lost £83 not a life changing amount but they are not a good company don’t book thro them

Absolute scammers, still not got our car back and we landed back on the 18/11/24. They took our car to Liverpool and said it was a mixup, we reported our car stolen and the police picked up our car and still have it in their compound. Many phone calls and still no reimbursement of lost money, as we had to get a taxi back from Heathrow to Liverpool only to be told the police still needed to check our car and still have it as I write this review. They operate as a ltd company but it has been dissolved, we are over £1500 out of pocket but we are now letting the police deal with it . Avoid at all costs , and it just shows they only comment on good reviews and nothing from them when the reviews are terrible, avoid avoid avoid

Scammers: This has been a nightmare.
Meet and greet parking arranged by this company.

On return from my trip at about 6:30am, I called after retrieving my luggage. Told they would be 1hr as I arrived too early. Kept being told to wait 20mins. The driver wouldn’t pick my calls. I waited 4hrsand more.

Later he said he lost my keys and I should go home with a train.

I told him I had spare keys and he should take me to the office site location of the car. He said he was coming

Later he said the car was on another level in the airport terminal. He didn’t turn up said I should search two levels.

Eventually I found my car, it was open, no keys anywhere.

I then found out the car was taken out after drop of, taken between terminals 3 and 5 when I was away, abandoned the next day for 12 days. The car has incured Heathrow short stay parking fees. I have been asked to pay this.

This is a scam company. Stay far away from them. In tracking the trading name of the company Heathrow secure parking Ltd, it is a dissolved company.

8hrs later still unresolved, missing key estimated at almost £300, airport demanding I pay for the car being left at Heathrow £300.

Whatever discount they promise you is a scam. Stay away

Pre booked and paid for meet and greet at Heathrow! Called as advised 30 mins before… took several calls for them to answer! Said driver would call to arrange to collect car! No call no driver after arriving at airport and several calls later no one arrived then they stopped answering my calls! Had to repay a company at the airport to store car! Please avoid at all costs this has taken an hour of our time to try and sort out! And they still have my money!!!

I recently used Just Compare Parking for their airport parking service, and I couldn't be more impressed. The process was seamless from start to finish. When I arrived at the airport, I simply called their number and a friendly driver was there within minutes to collect my car. The driver was courteous, and the handoff was quick and efficient.

Upon my return, I was happy to see my car waiting for me at the arrival terminal, just as promised. The vehicle was in great condition, and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff throughout the entire experience.

The pricing was fair for the convenience, and I especially liked not having to worry about finding a parking spot or walking long distances with luggage. Overall, I highly recommend Just Compare Parking for anyone looking for hassle-free airport parking. Their service definitely made my trip more enjoyable, and I’ll certainly use them again for my next flight.

No problems at all customer service was great. Car was there ready for me when I returned. Will use again for sure!

Very helpful staff. Car was collected and returned to same place a week later. Thank you for such a smooth experience. Will definitely use again.

I found a parking place through this comparison website. The service was good and the staff were very helpful. Some miscommunication happened, as we were asked to pay the airport charge, despite we were told it is included in the quote. We parked for 1 month. When we arrived back, the car was in same condition we left it in, and the milage was not changed. The shuttle bus driver was lovely, very patient and punctual. The parking place was a bit far from airport, but at least you see where your car is parked. They also allow you few hours after your booking expires without extra charge.
I will definitely use their service again, and have been recommending it to friends already.
